We are seeking a highly capable and mission-focused ADP/LAN Specialist to support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Training Program. Roles and Responsibilities
+ Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN hardware and software.
+ Monitor network performance and report issues to the Lead ADP/LAN Specialist.
+ Support users with technical issues related to connectivity, access, and system functionality.

General Description
The Autism Day Program is designed for students who need more intensive autism supports and services than provided by their home school or catchment autism program. Students may have communication and behavioral deficits requiring intensive strategies to improve overall progress. Teachers will be trained in the STAR method, an Applied Behavioral Analysis program utilizing, discrete trial, pivotal response and picture exchange communication methods. Each classroom uses Teachtown, a computer program addressing academic needs. • Plans, delivers and evaluates instruction based upon specific standards and objectives established by Chesterfield County Public Schools and as indicated in the student's Individualized Educational Program (IEP).
• Completes required training as well as performs other best practices in providing consistency through autism classrooms in the school division.
• Applies knowledge of curriculum and specialized instructional strategies to improve student performance with regard to standard-based assessments.

**Overview**
As the Payroll Tax Lead at Guardian Life Insurance Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll tax operations for our organization. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will oversee payroll tax reporting, funding, and reconciliations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee the integrity of payroll tax processes.
**You Have:**
+ 7+ years of hands-on experience in payroll tax reporting, preferably within a large corporate environment.
+ In-depth knowledge of Workday (Payroll Platform), including payroll processing and reporting functionalities.
+ Experience with OneSource Information Reporting System for tax information reporting.
+ Proficiency with the ADP system, including payroll deposits, reporting, and related tax operations.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), essential for reporting and analysis.
+ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred; candidates without certification should demonstrate equivalent expertise.
+ Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with a diligent approach to problem-solving.

**You Will:**
+ Coordinate daily submissions to ADP for payroll tax withholdings, 1099 distributions, and claims/disability disbursements.
+ Perform reconciliations between Workday and the General Ledger to ensure accuracy of payroll tax withholding and funding.
+ Support the Payroll Supervisor in overseeing payroll tax reporting using ADP and information reporting for all company agencies.
+ Assist with all withholding-related audits, providing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries as needed.
+ Respond promptly and professionally to notices and communications from tax agencies regarding payroll tax matters.
+ Identify and implement improvements in execution to improve payroll tax operations, streamline reporting, and strengthen internal controls.
+ Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on payroll tax-related projects, systems integrations, and data accuracy initiatives.
+ Stay up-to-date with changes in federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance across all payroll activities.
+ Train and mentor payroll staff on payroll tax procedures and guidelines.
