WHAT YOU WILL DO
Technical Program Leadership
- Ensure program technical excellence as commensurate with program scope, customer expectations and company interest
- Oversee technical aspects of projects ensuring appropriate design, analysis and testing is conducted through program gate reviews
- Review designs for cost, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Provide customer facing technical leadership and guidance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical engineering field required
- Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and design structures, mechanisms and mechanical systems in accordance with customer requirements and aerospace/DoD standards
- Knowledge of industry tools/software relevant to mechanical systems design
- Detailed knowledge of design based military and commercial specifications
- Minimum of 10 years technical experience
- Must be a U.S.

Program Overview
Join a mission-critical missile defense program focused on intercepting and neutralizing long-range ballistic threats. This team develops and maintains ground-based software systems that coordinate data from multiple sensors, compute interception trajectories, and execute command and control functions for threat mitigation.
Role Summary
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and integration of software for next-generation missile defense systems. This role focuses on C++ development in a real-time systems environment, with opportunities to work across the full software lifecycle.
Note: This is a full-time onsite role. Hybrid or remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software applications in C++ for mission-critical systems
- Support the design, coding, testing, and integration of defense-related software
- Use MATLAB , Python , or similar scripting tools for analysis and automation
- Interface with TCP/IP-based networks

The candidate will be part of a team performing analysis of Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL) architecture performance for MDS Ground Tests, Flight Tests (System Pre-Mission Test and System Post-Flight Reconstruction), and Continuous Developmental Integration activities. The candidate will support simulation integration analysis, data analysis, interface analysis, and simulation verification and validation activities. The candidate will assist with the development of material to be presented at engineering reviews that summarizes the analytical work performed. Other activities include establishing requirements for evaluation tools and processes, development of analytical tools, providing analytical support to the test planning process, and coordination of analytical results within the MDS community.
Requirements:
- SECRET clearance
- 2+ years' experience in missile defense system analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Engineering, or related technical field.
- Familiarity with MDA Ground Test CONOPS
- Experience with Python scripting language

IERUS Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Missile Defense Systems Analyst to join a diverse and flexible team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience with Missile Defense Systems tests and analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
* Must be an US citizen;
* An active Secret clearance or higher is required;
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science;
* Experience with radar waveform generation and signal processing chain;
* Ability to lead the group that develops plans to test/exercise software-intensive system in various multi-system venues (hardware-in-the-loop and simulation tests/exercises coupled with human-in-the-loop exercises); plans must include/address test/exercise methodology, detailed test/exercise procedures, identification and integration of test/exercise resources, data collection, trans/post-test analysis of results;

Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has a challenging career opportunity for a **Senior Missile Defense Systems Analyst** who will define and evaluate Missile Defense System (MDS) capability trade space envelope, architectural performance metrics, and other high-level performance metrics as applicable. This individual will play an important role on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract supporting the Missile Defense Agency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Scopes, executes and documents the results of MDS architecture trade studies as a member of the Architecture Design Team
+ Supports the development of Initial Requirements Documents, Architecture Requirements Packages, and other systems engineering artifacts related to the MDS, as applicable
+ Supports the development of alternative architecture concepts addressing projected capability gaps, real-world threats, and intelligence community threat estimates
+ Leads and coordinates the development of architecture requirements, development, and analysis in support of Service and Combatant Commands (CCMD) needs
+ Leads, develops and coordinates MDA vision and strategies to support the Warfighter, including coordinating with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, CCMDs, Intel Community (IC), Other Governmental Agencies (OGA), national labs, industry, and international partners
+ Supports the Architecture Design Team to scope and define trade study methodologies, measures, and deliverables
+ Supports activities of the Architecture Design Team; provides, develops, and delivers briefings addressing applicable trade study efforts; provides comment and review to work products developed by other Working Group members
+ Coordinates future technology requirements across the breadth of MDA and with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, the IC, and OGAs
+ Coordinates trade study-related activities and work products with teammates across the Architecture Design Team and external MDA stakeholders as applicable
+ Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Master's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience OR
+ Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of relevant experience
+ Active Secret clearance
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures
+ Possesses detailed knowledge of the MDS to include Command and Control networks
+ Ability to accomplish duties with minimal guidance
+ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
+ Preferred Navy veteran that held a position such as an Aegis Weapon System EDO or Joint Interface Control Officer, or alternatively an Army/Air Force veteran who understands MDS Elements such as THAAD/LTAMDS/Sentinel/ PATRIOT/GMD
+ Understands the MDS technically more than what we typically think of as an "Architect" in the Systems Engineering sense
+ Ability to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks, applying engineering rigor to solve engineering/scientific problems.
+ In-depth practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge.
+ Working knowledge of missile defense system components and mission.
+ Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership.
+ Ability to execute and complete tasks with no supervision.
+ Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
