- Provide guidance, assistance and advice to business lines, project management, and Company organizations through interpretation of Company HSE practices and procedures in relation to client requirements and current legislation and regulations
- Make decisions independently on engineering/scientific problems and methods relating to HSE using advanced techniques, modifications and extensions of theories, precepts and practices of the particular field, related sciences and disciplines
- Develop, customize, and supervise the implementation of HSE programs, including project site-based HSE orientation, recognition and awards programs, to all levels of project staff to promote a balance between productivity and the safety of project staff and visitors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Run gap analyses to identify and address program gaps that may occur between Company practices, client requirements, and regulatory/legislative requirements in order to confirm that the project conforms to Company, client and regulatory/legislative requirements
- Initiate, foster and maintain HSE standards and goals through Company and/or project wide HSE programs to heighten awareness and promote a safe and productive work environment

**Basic Job Requirements**
- Accredited four (4)year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

JBS is seeking an hourly Site Management Tech! Position starts at **$18.55 per hour.**
**General Responsibilities:**
Site Management Techs must complete necessary steps to grow healthy pigs from weaning age (when they are received from the sow farm) until the animals are market-ready and loaded out of the barn. This position is responsible for day-to-day "choring" pigs in assigned contract facilities, daily care for the animals, treatment as required and general maintenance for facilities.
**Normal Work Time:**
Standard working day is 6:00am to 4:00pm, Mon thru Fri. Some variations to this will be required. This position is On-call 24/7 in the event of emergency issues at an assigned farm or with our pigs. Weekend rotation is required in this position.
**Essential Duties & Job Qualifications** :
+ Must enjoy working with swine and be able to work in a swine production facility.
+ Must have basic knowledge of or be willing to learn proper swine husbandry skills.
+ Daily checking feeding system to make sure all animals are receiving feed and water through the barn.
+ Have mechanical skills necessary to do day to day maintenance on facilities.
+ Daily checking animals for stress, sickness, vaccinate, treat/medicate as needed and manage sick animals following farm protocols.
+ Must be able to open gates and walk among pigs up to market size within pens to identify any issues with our animals.
+ Must be able to vaccinate pigs in large quantities per scheduled protocols.
+ Must be able to use a sorting panel effectively to move animals safely and to protect yourself.
+ Must be able to move market-size.
+ Must be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised.
+ Must have a driver's license and good driving record.
+ Have a cell phone that can be used for company business. JBS will compensate for company use.

**Working Conditions:**
+ During summer months outside temperatures can be over 100 degrees for the entire workday.
+ During winter months outside temperatures can be below zero degrees for the entire workday.
+ During and after heavy rains facilities and roads can be extremely muddy, snow covered, icy and difficult to maneuver on.
+ During some job duties the noise level can become very loud (earplugs are provided).
+ Normal duties will expose the individual to odors, dusts, and gases that may be uncomfortable or hazardous, if proper procedures are not followed.
+ May possibly be exposed to procedures that cause contact with hazardous materials.

Site Document Management Technician is responsible for preparing Site Documents for Operation (DFO) reports and performing DFO non-technical review of Site DFO documents, while supporting DFO/IM manger to complete Site DFO activities and close-out Site DFO documents.

Site Document Mgmt. Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Assist DFO/IM Manager to complete Site DFO activities and close-out DFO documents.
  • Perform DFO non-technical review of Vendor Mechanical Catalog (VMC) hardcopies against VMC PDF files.
  • Print and compile design ENG/Subcon deliverables into hardcopy binder(s).
  • Assist fixing non-technical comments on DFO documents as require.
  • Prepare and update Field Supplier DFO reports.
  • Collect VMC hardcopies from Site warehouse once receive notification from warehouse team.
  • Update and maintain "VMC hardcopy monitoring excel sheet".

We are currently seeking a Contract Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Analyst I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in preparing, verifying, and carrying out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. You will also be responsible for balancing client relationships, reconciling accounts, keeping up to date with the progression of contracts with respect to invoicing units, and interacting closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.
**What you will be doing:**
+ Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts.
+ Balance and maintain client relationships.
+ Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
+ Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units.

Your Profile:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferred.
