Program Overview:
- Receive paid, on-the-job training in a variety of advanced manufacturing disciplines.
- Rotate through different departments to gain exposure to diverse operational areas such as production, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance.
- Learn to operate and maintain sophisticated manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, automated assembly lines, and robotic systems.
- Develop skills in blueprint reading, technical documentation, and precision measurement.
- Understand and implement quality control procedures to ensure product excellence.
- Participate in workshops and coursework focused on essential manufacturing principles, safety protocols, and problem-solving techniques.
