• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, quality control, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
• Troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues and implementing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Staying abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies and trends, evaluating their potential application to our operations.
• Ensuring all manufacturing activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Working closely with suppliers to source and qualify new materials and equipment.
• Participating in the design and layout of new production facilities or modifications to existing ones.
• Implementing and managing statistical process control (SPC) measures to monitor and maintain product quality.
• Mentoring junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role is essential. Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and statistical analysis software is required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are a must. Experience with robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies is highly desirable. Must be authorized to work in the US.
