As an Advanced Technologist Assistant, you will be onsite and able to perform a wide variety of routine duties including clerical, technical and patient related functions. The Advanced Technologist Assistant is responsible for assisting radiology technologists in providing a broad range of health care services such as: patient check-in, exam review, preparation for the visit, patient education, assistance with exams and procedures, and patient transporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
• Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the patient registration.
• Greets visitors/patients.
• Check-in process; Check-out process; Insurance verification process; Informs patients of costs for care being provided.
• Guides them to appropriate resources for further information. 
• Answers telephones; Relays messages
• Sets up the imaging room to coincide with the examination being performed to include the use of proper isolations precautions when needed.
• Provide quality customer service, explains all studies to patient in a clear manner.
• Positions the patient, ensuring patient comfort and modesty.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. 
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Prepares patients for exams by assisting with dressing and undressing, positioning patients for exams and escorting patients to and from the exam rooms.     
• Must be able to interact compassionately and effectively with people who range from healthy to critically ill.  
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. 
• May be required to start IVs
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Lead process development and optimization of IC packaging processes (e.g., compression mold, ball attach, laser groove, dicing, die attach, die prep, tape & reel, backgrinding / thinning.
• Define and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) for new materials and process evaluations.
• Establish process windows and control limits; develop process documentation including FMEA and control plans.
• Support new product introductions and ramp to production by collaborating closely with manufacturing and product teams.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions for yield and reliability issues.
• Troubleshoot process issues, providing continuous improvements to yield, quality, and cycle time.
• Work with tool vendors and material suppliers to develop next generation technologies.
• Maintain clear documentation of process changes, results, and improvements through review & control processes.
• Present findings and suggest improvements to leadership teams.

• At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor packaging process development (e.g., compression mold, ball attach, laser groove, dicing, die attach, die prep, tape & reel & backgrinding / thinning).
• Knowledge of JEDEC reliability testing and associated failure modes & remedies.
• Familiarity with materials used in FOWLP/FOPLP ball attach and RDL is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of failure analysis and troubleshooting with 8D, Six sigma processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach is needed.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• BS, MS or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
