**SUMMARY OF POSITION** :
The RN inpatient Nurse assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. The inpatient Registered Nurse administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. The RN may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. The inpatient RN will maintain accurate, detailed reports and records and administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects. The RN will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
This position is for international RNs engaged in the process of working with Penn State Health via Connetics, USA. International RNs are expected to commit to full-time employment for a minimum three-year contract as defined in the Connetics/Penn State Health contract. Once a formal application is submitted, you will receive the terms of your job placement.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**
+ Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required.
+ BLS required prior to orientation completion.

Summary
The HR Business Partner-Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support in many functional areas of HR that support business success by providing solutions to employee-related matters, maintaining a balance between strategic business partner and employee champion as well as full cycle recruiting and onboarding for various corporate positions. The pay range for this position is $233,300 to $335,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
