+ Interpret diagnostic testing appropriately; refers abnormal results to physician for review when necessary.

The Internal Medicine Residency began in 2022 and will have 24 Residents (8-8-8), and is a community-based program Sebring, Florida. We have a full-scope medical staff program, many resources available including the team in Orlando.
**Responsibilities:**
+ To provide mentoring, teaching and supervision of the faculty, residents and students in the Internal Medicine Program.
+ Assists the program director in mentoring and providing critical evaluations of the clinical and teaching effectiveness of the internal medicine residents and program.
+ Practice and teach full-spectrum Internal Medicine.
+ Teach didactics and assist in leading curriculum development.
+ Interviewing and recruiting faculty for the clinic, maintaining adequate physician staffing at the clinical site, performing yearly reviews of faculty goals & accomplishments, providing direct clinical care to patients, teaching of Internal Medicine medical students and residency training in the clinic location, and conducting research.
