**Our ideal contributor will:**
+ Serve as a trusted business partner to our Financial Advisor teams by providing expertise with financial services related supervision and compliance issues.
+ Have confidence in making recommendations based on research and analysis conducted by the Supervision Advisor.
+ Maintain frequent contact and establish positive relationships with our field offices, via phone and email, through reactive and proactive measures.
+ Act as the go-to supervision partner for technical issues, ongoing training, and all supervision related questions and concerns from the investment teams as well as internal support departments.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Conducts review of advertising material to ensure compliance with applicable industry rules (i.e. State, FINRA, & SEC) and firm policies and procedures.
+ Researches compliance & supervision issues with respect to advertising material.
+ Monitors and keeps up to date with regulations regarding communications and applies them accordingly.
+ Assists in researching Supervision issues.
+ Assists in developing training programs, including maintaining training records and coordinating training with functions.
+ Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations to business units.
+ May participate in the formation of policies related to compliance.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
**Knowledge of:**
- Investments and trading, securities industry regulations, and client suitability (all at a level consistent with the requirement of Series 24 licensing). Familiarity/facility with RJ and its systems is preferable.

- General office practices, procedures, and methods.
- Suitability and other compliance issues involved with branch manager/FA trading activity.
**Skill in:**

Operates and maintains various pieces of heavy equipment (backhoe, front end loader, lowboy truck tractor, road patcher, sweeper truck etc.) in the performance of shaving shoulders, ditching, loading and unloading material, A1 treatment, tree removal, etc. Operates and maintains complex heavy motorized equipment (paver and paint truck) in the performance of asphalt placement, leveling, strengthening, and placement of paint on primary and secondary roads throughout District Six during the treatment season. Operates and maintains a tandem or 5-yard dump truck for hauling materials such as; asphalt, rock, limestone, dirt, soil, cement, pipe, construction materials and debris. Performs duties using manual labor, in such maintenance task such as; performing preventative maintenance inspection on equipment, clearing of right-of-ways, cleaning drainage ditches, repairing shoulders, patching potholes, making base repairs, repair to bridges, paving driveways, and laying sideline pipes. Operates motor grader in ditching and shoulder operations, grading and machining dirt roads, driveway installation or snow and ice removal. Operates a backhoe for cleaning ditches, loading and unloading material, tree removal and debris from roadway during working hours and during "on-call" hours. Operates various pieces of equipment in snow and ice removal as necessary. Operates and maintains electric/gas powered tools in various phases of roadway maintenance (e.g. chain saws, weed eater, drills, jack, wrenches, shovel, rakes, tamp, lute board, air compressor, arrow board, pavement breaker, etc.,) Set up traffic control according to MUTCD Standards to warn motorists of roadwork ahead.
