The Digital Specialist will work collaboratively across the Sales organization, applying their existing knowledge of digital media analytics in creating custom reporting and insights solutions for advertiser paid campaigns. This role is part of the Digital Center of Excellence team acting as the subject matter expert on all things digital, reporting, and billing.
**Your Day-to-Day:**
+ Act as lead in a Paramount Digital sales pod for reporting, insights and analytical solutions, supporting both internal and client-facing high-touch + strategic accounts
+ Compile weekly reports summarizing any potential revenue-at-risk while offering thought-out recommendations for optimizations
+ Effectively work with functional groups such as Sales, Account Management, Yield, Trafficking to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives and escalate delivery issues as necessary
+ Proactively reach out to clients team for missing creative/tags for to ensure full delivery of campaigns
+ Generate reports to troubleshoot/resolve third-party reporting discrepancies or campaign/creative issues
+ Processes and submits invoice adjustments to Finance and ensure campaigns are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner
+ Works with Finance team and Advertising Agencies to resolve billing discrepancies
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)
+ Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
+ Strong Excel skills required; pivot tables a must
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years media/digital industry experience preferred
+ Knowledge of FreeWheel and Google Ad Manager and industry platforms such as Nielsen, Comscore, Double Verify, Integral Ad Science, etc. preferred/beneficial

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 62,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Salary

The salary range is $70,000 - 110,000 per year. This role is also eligible to receive a short-term incentive bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.

This individual will support all aspects of paid search and campaign management, including day to day campaign stewardship, client partnership planning and collaboration, and campaign performance recaps and communication. This individual is responsible for managing campaigns to weekly and monthly budget goals and will analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions. This role leverages digital marketing channels to drive in-store and online traffic, deliver total campaign metrics and optimize ROI for maximum profitability by creating programs from concept to design, or optimizing current programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, collaboration on creative and ad copy strategies, determining target audiences based on client needs, preferences or behaviors, monitoring data and data process flows, product feed management, scheduling campaigns (both recurring or ad hoc), tracking results, working with internal tools/processes and external partners. This individual will be knowledgeable about database management and can understand and build programs that involve multiple variables delivered through a variety of sources
**What You Will Do**
+ Lead the trafficking, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns leveraging 3rd party platforms (Google Ads, Criteo, Data On-boarders, etc.)
+ Responsible for daily campaign execution, stewardship and optimization of digital campaigns in respective channel (Paid Search - Google, Sponsored Products)
+ Work with internal & partner Client Services to ensure that campaigns meet and deliver client requirements and expectations
+ Create a data-driven approach that will formulate reporting and insights into where process development opportunities exist in order to foster additional training needs amongst the internal and partner Sales and Ad Operations teams
+ Collaborate with internal digital teams and Client Services to build efficient processes that ensure all aspects of campaign planning and setup, management, and creative implementation are successfully delivered -including identifying process and product inefficiencies with creative solutions to improve operational workflow within the "ad journey
+ Support campaign and creative QA, including troubleshooting ad-hoc internal and client tagging, tracking, and reporting issues
+ Collaborate with internal teams to build inventory management processes, including avails & fill-rate insights and growth projections
+ Build scalable standardized processes for campaign execution, including requirements, targeting standards, creative QA, campaign monitoring & optimization, and reporting
+ Partner with the media, digital and IT teams to build processes for shared activities, including onboarding new ad tech partners, developing creative standards, etc.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
+ 3 years of progressive experience in Digital Ad Sales Operations, including at least 3 years of team management experience
+ 1-2 years of hands on keyboard experience with ad servers and ad management technology (Google Ads, Criteo, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Citrus Ads - at least 1 required)
+ Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, preferably paired with hands-on SSP experience (AdX, Index, Verizon, Magnite, PubMatic, etc.) and/or experience working with common digital platforms for analytics (Google Analytics, comScore, etc.) as well as hands-on social campaign execution
+ Detailed comprehension and experience in trafficking digital video and other formats
+ Must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable analyzing data
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
+ Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
+ Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint
