Our client, an international eCommerce Agency dedicated to helping Amazon and Walmart sellers grow profitably, is seeking an experienced, data-driven Advertising Strategist with a background in an Amazon PPC/Marketing Agency to join their dynamic team in a full-time remote role. You'll be responsible for strategic accounts growth and guiding campaign performance across Amazon and Walmart platforms.

As a strategic thought partner to our leadership, you'll provide insights, implement solutions, and take ownership of underperforming campaigns when necessary. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires someone comfortable working across teams and directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify accounts with the highest growth potential and develop performance-maximizing strategies.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic advertising or performance marketing role at an Amazon PPC/Marketing Agency (agency experience is a must).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Walmart PPC experience is required.
  • Proficiency in using Pacvue or Intentwise is a must .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of distilling complex ideas clearly.

The Sr. Advertising Operations Specialist is a key contributor to the continued success of the company and our clients. The Sr. Advertising Operations Specialist executes ad serving operational aspects of online advertising for Cox Automotive Media related properties, including, but not limited to, creative retrieval, trafficking, mock creation, testing, troubleshooting, and prioritizing daily workflow to ensure that advertising revenue is maximized via on time and quality delivery. This role will be a major contributor in strategic continuous improvement efforts for the Campaign Management team with the overall goal of driving increased operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, skilled troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward.   • Oversee the fulfillment of assigned advertising campaigns with a focus on on-time delivery and quality execution; tasks include: receipt and processing of creative from clients, QA creatives against site and industry specs and standards, on-site QA, mock creation, creative testing, creative trafficking within our ad serving tools, learning and adopting new products and templates, troubleshooting campaign delivery issues, reviewing/implementing 3rd/4th party client tags, rich media code, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring high quality campaign execution working within team SLAs, and making sure process is being followed.
  • Engagement with external advertising partners via Portal UI for asset collection/storage, adherence to ad specs, mock approvals/revisions, and follow-up requests for outstanding deliverables.
  • Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of ad trafficking tasks managed by outsourced teams.
  • Ensure assigned campaigns are properly implemented and delivering via QA tasks where applicable including: on-site QA, reviewing creative against media deliverable specifications, auditing of targeting for both national and regional campaigns, and review of ad server or other delivery reports.
  • Interact directly with Cox Automotive account management and sales teams, other internal teams, as well as external clients, keeping them apprised of any issues or anomalies that impact our business, and using judgment and discretion on how to best resolve creative, trafficking or delivery issues.
  • Prioritize daily traffic tasks, responsibilities, and functions.
  • Work closely with internal account management counterparts as well as external client contacts to ensure campaign status is regularly communicated.
  • Build and maintain an advanced knowledge of the products and site taxonomies of consumer sites that are part of the Cox Automotive Media Group portfolio.
  • Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change. Additional responsibilities/projects may be delegated in order to assist meeting our goals and mission.
  • Consistently strive to meet client goals and revenue expectations.
  • Learn and apply internal processes to ensure operational efficiencies

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years experience; or 7 years experience in a related field
  • Minimum of two years online ad trafficking experience using an ad server, preferably Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising, concepts, terms, and industry standards.
  • Fluency in the language and understanding of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, etc.
  • Proactive with excellent attention to detail, accuracy and good follow through is critical.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of **Director, Regulatory Advertising & Promotion** . The Director is part of the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) team based in the US. He/she will primarily function as the Regulatory reviewer for assigned products. **Job Duties and Responsibilities**
Advertising & Promotion Review Activities
+ Review and approve materials that comply with relevant external advertising & promotional regulations or codes of practice (e.g., FDA regulations, PhRMA guidelines, etc.) and are consistent with company guiding principles.
+ Align with regulatory colleagues on strategies to optimize the commercial success of products for clinical trials, labeling, etc.
+ Develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and vendors contributing to development, review, and approval of promotional materials, e.g. Marketing and their Agencies, Legal, Compliance, and Medical Affairs.
+ Provide appropriate oversight of promotional material review and ensure on-time and accurate submission of applicable materials to regulatory agencies.
+ Establish a working relationship with the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) at FDA.
+ Serve as internal regulatory expert on FDA regulations, guidance and enforcement trends governing the promotion of prescription therapies.
+ May be responsible for creating and reviewing SOPs and department operating procedures.

The base salary range for this role is $187,520 - $234,400. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter.
