**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Translate high-level system technical and conformance requirements into lower-level electrical engineering (EE) and software (SW) requirements and specifications
+ Collaborate tightly with the systems engineers in the development of system level requirements that are testable and with appropriate scope at the lower-level for software
+ Manage EE and SW technical requirements from the top down (traceability, verification, and validation) across multiple programs.

**Required Qualifications**

Job Summary

This is a part-time, on-call Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor position. Roles and Responsibilities

This position is for a full-time quality program manager in the aerospace manufacturing sector, with primary responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day quality/production/delivery operations of a program critical sub-tier component supplier.

Required International travel to England about twice a quarter. This in an onsite position for Tempe, AZ.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Coordinate sub-tier supplied assembly/component deliveries with customer receiving team, and coordinating recovery efforts with all internal and external stakeholders to mitigate/correct any process bottlenecks, including, but not limited to, quality concerns or contractual issues.
+ Monitor process flow of assemblies/components through customer facility, ensuring assemblies/components flow through manufacturing steps smoothly. May occasionally involve manually moving assemblies/components from one work area to another.
+ Address quality issues, which may involve collaboration with responsible sub-tier supplier to obtain corrected or missing documentation.
+ Track and report on assemblies/components that fail customer inspection and coordinate with internal process teams to ensure that rework of failed assemblies/components is prioritized facility wide.
+ Manage/Implement corrective actions of any obstructions to customer shipments, which may include, but are not limited to, sales order blocks, expedited freight approvals, customer portal issues. May be required to escalate corrective action plans/requests to higher internal customer authorities as necessary.
+ Work with customer Quality Control team(s) to identify and record recurring quality concerns from sub-tier supplier assemblies/components. Coordinate root cause and corrective action plans between customer and sub-tier supplier.
+ Conducts comprehensive reviews and updates of nameplate data and configuration (NDC) records through various means, redlining necessary changes in NDC records, submitting to customer CMM team, tracking the review and upload process, and coordinating finalization of records with sub-tier supplier.
+ Will be required to maintain internal assembly/component status daily for production scheduling and revenue projection forecasts.
Basic Qualifications
+ 5+ Years of Program Management Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
+ Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
+ Candidate must be able to travel internationally up to 8 times per calendar year (twice per quarter, as needed)
+ Required International travel to England about twice a quarter.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
+ Background/Experience in implementing quality control and production recovery efforts with sub-tier suppliers

Job Summary
This is a part-time, on-call Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor position. The auditor will perform 2nd party audits of suppliers on behalf of our customers to ensure compliance with AS9100 and other quality standards. Travel, often out of state, is required and compensated. Work assignments are scheduled based on availability and audit timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Perform on-site QMS audits of customer suppliers and/or assist customers with internal QMS audits.
+ Complete and submit audit reports, including documentation of nonconformances.
+ Issue Corrective Action Requests (CARs) through customer electronic systems.
+ Follow up and complete assigned actions related to issued CARs.
+ Participate in internal and customer-required training programs.
+ Coordinate audit scheduling with suppliers.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
+ Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of quality/industry experience or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
+ Current QMS or Aerospace auditor accreditation from a recognized body (e.g., Exemplar, IRCA, Probitas);
+ Formal training in the current AS9100 revision in lieu of accreditation.
+ Experience performing on-site QMS audits and completing associated documentation.
+ Familiarity with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
+ Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight and out-of-state assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Hands-on experience with audits aligned to the AS9100 standard.
+ Strong communication and documentation skills.
+ Self-directed with the ability to manage audit timelines and travel logistics.
