The ideal candidate possesses a Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in leading major aerospace system development programs is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, V&V methodologies, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is required. Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Cameo, or similar is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are crucial. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead technical discussions and present complex information to diverse audiences, are necessary. This is a hybrid position, requiring a balance of remote work and on-site collaboration at our facility in the **Los Angeles, California, US** area.
