This position is for a subject-matter expert specializing in Aircraft Maintenance Nose to Tail Mechanic to join our team in Ørland, Norway. The successful candidate will support in F-35 airframe maintenance and operations, focusing on increasing aircraft availability across all operations. Responsibilities include:
Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and servicing on all F-35 aircraft systems, adhering to Joint Technical Data (JTD) and program/service guidance.
Enhance aircraft availability by ensuring efficient maintenance and repair, supporting operational requirements.
Apply professional technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting applicable technical data.
Conduct On-The-Job training for partner aircraft maintenance personnel.
Maintain and update aircraft records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
Perform Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTD) maintenance actions, PAIRS and Field-Level Modifications.
Keep leadership informed on aircraft status and perform other duties as assigned.
