Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead (ADL) to provide oversight of product lifecycle activities, software delivery, and team leadership supporting the execution of a multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). The ADL is responsible for coaching an Agile Team and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of products and/or services using various Agile frameworks and methods, such as Scrum and Kanban. Qualifications

Guide FPL-wide agile initiatives and organizational change management across distributed teams. Drive strategic alignment between business objectives and delivery organizations through comprehensive portfolio management, coaching, and change enablement. The ADL is responsible for coaching an Agile Team and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of products and/or services using various Agile frameworks and methods, such as Scrum and Kanban. The ADL takes a holistic view of development and is accountable for successful product delivery and the results of the Agile Team.
