ADLs have responsibility for the coordination of the day-to-day activities of the squads that make up our value streams. An experienced Agile Delivery Lead will perform a hybrid role where you will be expected to coach the squad(s) to continuously improve their Agile ways of working and continuous improvement. You will also own the delivery management of all product development and associated projects. Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Delivery Lead to drive the execution of mid-to-large scale initiatives across Ratings Technology. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Lead multiple scrum teams and manage delivery across complex initiatives.
Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders (MD/SVP level) to align on priorities and progress.
Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, and QA leads to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-project communication.
Align with Product Analysts and Managers to define and deliver product roadmaps.
Conduct gap analysis between current and future state technologies
Support implementation by coordinating with solution integrators and reviewing project artifacts.
Document and demonstrate new system/software features to stakeholders.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth transition of solutions to Production Operations and Support teams.

Skills and Requirements
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
5+ total years experience with at least 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO )
2+ years experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master
Ability to coordinate and assist teams to resolve complex analytical and technical issues.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
Demonstrated an ability to significantly improve technical or methodology processes
Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making in ambiguous situations, even when direction and details are limited
Effectively influences stakeholders across multiple disciplines without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment
Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development and JIRA null

Client is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager with ample Project Management Experience. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a firm understanding of Agile practices. Your responsibility is to manage and mentor software development teams. This job requires excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills.
This position requires an individual who has experience in Transcript Lifecycle Optimization.
The candidate should be proficient in entering transcripts, calculating the number of credits required by a student to pursue their desired program, and have solid expertise in budgeting, CapEx, and financial analysis.
This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work three days a week onsite at our Columbia, Maryland, location and reside in a commutable area.
The Client is expected to:
- Budget each project's timeline and scope.
- Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Participate in PI Planning (including grooming, PI "preplanning)
- Coach team members about Agile frameworks.
- Custom digital apps/integration is a must.
- Must be able to sell the process and provide examples.
- Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication.
- Able to handle communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Experience with building Custom digital apps
- Work with Product Owners to handle new requests and backlogs.
- Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur.
- Help teams implement effective changes.
- Able to ensure deliverables are of quality standards by the end of every sprint.
- Help development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity.

- Entering a transcript and figuring out how many credits a student has and needs to do the program they want to do.
- Must have experience with Transcript Lifecycle, PM, and Agile schedule.
- Create a productive environment where team members feel confident and enjoy product work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in the Project Manager role, including budgeting.
- Must be familiar with software development.
- Experience with building Custom digital apps
- Excellent knowledge and working experience of additional Agile frameworks is a must.
- Strong knowledge of scrum artifacts and techniques. These may include the Definition of Done, backlog refinement, user stories, ceremonies, and automated testing.
- Excellent servant leadership and presentation skills.
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
