What You Will Be Doing
+ Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning.
+ Acting member of an Agile Scrum delivery team responsible for participating and contributing to Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.).
+ Translate business requirements into user stories in Jira; refine and review user stories while acting as the bridge between business and technology partners.
+ Serve as a liaison between product and development to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
+ Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories and break down features defined by Product Managers.
+ Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs.
+ Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships.
+ Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide.
Required Skills & Experience
+ 4+ years of Practicing Agile Product Owner or Business Analyst experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
+ Experience in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies.
+ Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
+ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles.

At Regions, the Agile Product Owner represents business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that business and/or technical delivery teams can build effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partners with sponsors, stakeholders, and Information Technology to facilitate, define and document relevant business processes, gaining an understanding of the needs, measures, and risks and controls for the improvement area

• Works with management and other stakeholders to understand and validate business strategy and vision and customer needs

• Works independently on small complexity efforts, or in support of a Senior or Lead on larger efforts

Salary Range: $188,200.00 - $282,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. + Experience with a Property & Casualty Carrier, preferred
