The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

**What Is the Opportunity?**
Travelers is seeking a Agile Product Owner to lead a team to deliver capabilities/solutions in an agile way. In this position, you will act as a voice of the end-user to guide day-to-day work of a smaller scale team, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed.
This role supports a Data Technology team providing Data and Analytic requirements related to pricing and rate change analysis for Personal Insurance auto and property initiatives. You will also act as a data translator between business and data technology for Personal Insurance data. A key part of this role will be helping develop and enhance intake process and procedures to efficiently organize and prioritize work.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a smaller scale product team, accept final product output, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed.
+ Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as 'test and learn'/experimentation targeted at defining/refining future deliverables, measuring performance and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
+ Understand and implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with circle and value stream vision; Articulate team goals and strategy effectively to key stakeholders, Circle Leads and team members.
+ Act as voice of the end-user; have a deep understanding of and respond to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure team work product meets defined acceptance criteria.
+ Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
+ Optimize the flow of value by setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutions.
+ Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.
+ Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.
+ Partner with Circle Leads and peers to effectively communicate resources required to achieve defined business outcomes.
+ Share best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream.

Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Sr Staff Agile Product Owner to support a program out of our Aurora, CO location. This position will serve as in-ward facing technical planning/execution Lead who will be responsible for setting a strategic vision for the technical execution of the program and serve as authority over the programs technical roadmap and closure of epics.
Job responsibilities:
Represents Product Management and the voice of customers on the Agile development team. Collaborates with Product Managers to define the work so that the integrated team can review, commit, and execute within a defined period. Prioritizes key areas of work during a program increment, ensures that the software development team understands the intent and requirements of feature and user story definitions, and that the team is aligned on all acceptance criteria. Represents customer interests and continuously dictates team backlog priorities. Works with internal team, providing guidance, support, performer and team feedback to stakeholders, and individual mentoring as needed
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree with 14 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D with 10 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI required at time of application
- 3+ years' experience working in a software Agile delivery framework leading cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience with product lifecycle for new and existing products (replacement for must have product development experience).
- Ability to understand wants vs. needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years of product roadmap development experience.
- Experience converting technical and business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Experience presenting and conducting demos of software product to users/leadership/stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize request by value delivery, not by urgency.
- Ability to pivot, maintain an open mind, and lead the product development team.
- Demonstrated communication skills and visionary on business, user experience, and technical sides of product development.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Product owner certification or any other major Agile certification.
- Experience in holding mapping and/or product discovery workshops with stakeholders and development teams for backlog generation.
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite (Jira and Confluence).
- Experience with both COTS solution and custom application development.
Salary Range: $188,200.00 - $282,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

**What Is the Opportunity?**
We are seeking a dynamic Agile Product Owner to lead a team to deliver agile solutions, acting as the voice of the end-user, and ensuring strategic product and market-driven initiatives are met. This role focuses on enhancing Business Insurance's Premium & Loss Processing & Warehouse applications. The Agile Product Owner will manage enhancements, production support, and technical currency, collaborating with teams and initiatives across Business Insurance systems that send or receive information through these systems.
**What Will You Do?**
+ Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a smaller scale product team, accept final product output, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed.
+ Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as 'test and learn'/experimentation targeted at defining/refining future deliverables, measuring performance and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
+ Understand and implement team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with circle and value stream vision; Articulate team goals and strategy effectively to key stakeholders, Circle Leads and team members.
+ Act as voice of the end-user; have a deep understanding of and respond to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure team work product meets defined acceptance criteria.
+ Own team backlog, including prioritization and refinement; Make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
+ Optimize the flow of value by setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutions.
+ Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.
