We are seeking an Agile Program Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Experience leading large program level corporate IT initiatives required.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Release Train Engineer Experience desired. Will be expected to fulfill the SAFe Release Train Engineer role for portion of initiative.
- LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) knowledge required, and experience would be a plus. Will be expected to coordinate multiple non-SAFe teams, many of which will be using Large Scale Scrum.
- Web-based project work required.
- Role will be expected to coordinate multiple large initiatives (some already started) to hit key 2025 delivery dates and beyond. These initiatives have significant interdependencies that will need to be understood, aligned, tracked and manage to ensure successful on-time completion.
- Operates with a sense of urgency and uses sound judgement to escalate issues or develops options to work around roadblocks vs. waiting for direction.
- Skilled at understanding complex interdependencies, tracking progress and effectively communicating with executive level leadership.
- Define, oversee, and maintain a master timeline utilizing project management software and communicating with all impacted parties.
