**The role you'll contribute:**
Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Agricultural Specialist will oversee all planning, planting, growth promotion, harvesting of all leafy greens within the hydroponic farm, and is the key to delivering quality products to our guests and consumers. Additionally, the Agricultural Specialist will be knowledgeable on all systems, equipment, water and soil health and nutrients in correlation to the hydroponic growing system.
Also responsible for the maintenance of the herb gardens and citrus trees on the Celebration campus. Responsible for the development of a long-term plan for expansion of edible landscape and develops collaborative relationships with local schools and community members to provide internships in agriculture. Assist in data collection to provide evidence of the benefits for other AdventHealth Campuses. Assist in any other ventures that develop in the area of expertise.
