Job Summary:

The Maintenance Field Employee will be responsible for performing ground maintenance, and janitorial services at commercial sites. Duties consist of mowing grass, using the weed eater or edger, blowing leaves, general maintenance of parking lots, curbs, exterior and public areas, as well as pruning of trees and shrubs. Additionally, janitorial services such as cleaning and maintaining public restrooms, minor maintenance to grounds and facilities as well as any additional work required through work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as directed.
  • General upkeep of grounds and equipment.
  • Ensure work sites are clean and debris-free at the end of each workday.
  • Follow safety protocols and company standards to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and Valid US license.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
