Role Overview:
Bridge between business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact Generative AI use cases aligned with strategic objectives. Drive end-to-end execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $130,000 - $160,000 . In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. + Extensive experience using DevOps tools like GIT, Azure Devops and Agile tools such as Jira to develop and deploy analytical solutions with multiple features, pipelines, and releases.
+ A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting, analysing, transforming data and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.
+ Experience with MLOps methods and platforms such as MLFlow.
+ Strong skills in Python.
+ Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.
+ Experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines.
+ Experience designing and deploying end to end ML workflows on at least one major cloud computing platform.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $25,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 171,100 to 370,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
