The AI Development Lead is responsible for designing and building Generative and Agentic AI based functionality in support of documented business needs. The goal of this individual will be to maximize Guidehouse's investment in the AI platforms and tools, and to ensure that the capabilities are being utilized to their fullest. The AI Development Lead is responsible for designing and building Generative and Agentic AI based functionality in support of documented business needs. The goal of this individual will be to maximize Guidehouse's investment in the AI platforms and tools, and to ensure that the capabilities are being utilized to their fullest. This position will report to the IT Associate Director of Enterprise Applications.
Essential job functions include:
+ Review business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications. Provide estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.
+ Apply technical knowledge and experience to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.
+ Design or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system availability, capacity, operating schedules, and business results.
+ Document applications in support of policy compliance.
+ Assess AI tools to select appropriately for each solution with consideration for integration and architecture.
+ Design, develop, test, and implement functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.
+ May perform as project leader for small projects with limited duration. Direct and monitor the work of junior team members.
+ Stay current with AI technology advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to date.
+ Produce work plans in support of project deliverables.

NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Conversational AI Developer to develop and implement conversational AI solutions: Design, build, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants for banking use cases.
· Leverage LLMs and RAG: Utilize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI responses by incorporating domain-specific knowledge and real-time data.
· Design and execute Prompt Engineering strategies: Craft and optimize prompts for LLMs to elicit desired responses and ensure effective communication with users.
· Build and maintain robust data pipelines: Develop and manage data pipelines for training and deploying AI models, potentially using Graph Databases (Neo4j) to represent complex relationships within financial data (e.g., fraud rings, customer behavior).
