Our client is seeking a highly skilled and ethically-minded Lead AI Ethics & Governance Specialist to join their growing team in Orlando, Florida, US . This critical role will focus on ensuring that artificial intelligence technologies are developed and deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with evolving regulations. You will be instrumental in establishing and enforcing robust AI governance frameworks, fostering a culture of ethical AI development, and mitigating risks associated with AI bias and societal impact. Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field such as Ethics, Law, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 years of experience focused on AI ethics, responsible AI, data governance, or regulatory compliance is required. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing ethical frameworks for AI or technology is essential. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data privacy principles, and societal implications of AI is a must. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ethical and technical concepts to diverse audiences, are critical.
