About the Role
We're hiring an AI Product Lead-a builder who pairs deep engineering chops with product instinct. You'll drive roadmap & execution for Trovo's AI coordinator, collaborate closely with our AI/ML and software engineers day-to-day. Expect to decide what we build next, guide how we build it, and integrate external components that accelerate time-to-value.
This role is ideal for a health-tech problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of execution and systems thinking, being able to turn complex clinical and operational challenges to thoughtful product experiences.
Target compensation for this role is $200-$250k+, plus equity.
Responsibilities
- Shape the AI product strategy & roadmap. Turn high-level goals into a sequenced plan of features, models, and partnerships that deliver measurable clinical and business impact.
- Translate ambiguity into clear requirements for engineers , balancing near-term deliverables with the bigger platform vision.
- Lead discovery & user research. Interview clinicians, map workflows, analyze data, and distill learnings into validated requirements.
- Guide the development lifecycle. Write specs, prioritize backlogs, run sprint rituals, and partner with design, engineering, and ML to ship high-quality features.
- Make AI understandable. Translate complex AI/ML concepts into crisp narratives for teammates, customers, and executives.
- Drive patient & client value . Work with clients to understand feedback, implement new products, and demonstrate value
- Stay hands-on . Understand our technology and latest tooling at a deep level. Prototype new concepts as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Product or Tech lead guiding AI-driven products from concept to launched revenue at a startup or high-growth business unit.
- Production experience in Python, modern LLM stacks, and/or speech/NLP models.
- Prior experience with data ingestion, understanding model lifecycle, backend services, and UX to ship cohesive solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Based in NYC, and excited about a hybrid work environment where we're in-office ~3 days per week.
Strong Additional Qualifications
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
- Hands-on experience with LLM prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) and SQL.

The Role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamicAI Product Manager to lead cross-functional coordination and drive the success of AI use cases across our organization. This role is responsible for managing account profitability, resource allocation, and ensuring rapid, high-quality delivery of AI use caseseach treated as an independent product.
The position requires strong relationship-building, organizational management, and the ability to influence teams across our engineering and data science teams while aligning to internal/ external policies and client needs. 3+ Years' proven experience in a customer-facing role such as a Sales Specialist, Solutions Architect, or Product specialist, with a focus on AI or data-driven solutions with a Bachelor's degree preferred
