Position Overview:
As a member of the Fault Management & System Autonomy (FMSA) department, you will contribute to the systems engineering, implementation, and testing of spacecraft fault management and autonomy functionality. You'll collaborate closely with flight software engineers, test teams, and program leads to validate the performance of next-generation satellite systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform traditional systems engineering tasks including verification and validation (V&V) planning, test development, and execution
- Implement STOL test scripts to verify fault management and system autonomy functions in both simulations and hardware-in-the-loop environments
- Support debugging efforts across flight software, test environments, and ground systems
