This role is pivotal in creating engaging, effective, and accessible learning experiences for students. You will collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to translate pedagogical goals into well-designed courses, leveraging a variety of instructional technologies and learning theories. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in curriculum development, e-learning authoring tools, and a passion for innovative educational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging online and blended learning courses using principles of adult learning and instructional design.
  • Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and define learning objectives.
  • Create instructional materials, including e-learning modules, interactive simulations, videos, assessments, and multimedia content.
  • Utilize various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional designs through learner feedback and data analysis.
  • Provide training and support to faculty on instructional design best practices and the use of educational technologies.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and online education.
  • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the institution's online learning offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in higher education or corporate training.
  • Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Captivate).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard).

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
