Position Title: Aircraft Detailing Specialist
Hours: Part Time - 30 hours a week
Travel - 20%
Key Responsibilities:
- Dependable, self-starter and attention to detail
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Lead/Supervisor and outlined in the scope of work.
- Very detailed interior clean where the aircraft should appear "like new" when the clean has been completed
- Remove all trash from aircraft.
- Clean and restock all lavatories.
- Clean galley, flight deck, all seats, seat back pockets, tray tables, and replace soiled magazines.
- Submit all Lost and Found items to the immediate Supervisor
- Review and adhere to safety instructions when operating and driving ground equipment.
- Always maintain company vehicles in a well-organized and clean manner; assist in pre and post operation inspections (POIs) of vehicles during the assigned shift.
- Review posted updates on Cabin Cleaning or Ramp Operations before each shift begins.
- Ensure all break room areas, warehouse areas, and dock areas are clean and free of debris.
- Perform duties in a consistently safe manner, ensuring no damage occurs to any company vehicles, airline vehicles/equipment and/or aircraft. Ensure actions do not cause injury to self, employees or agents working in common areas.
- Report any injury or property damage immediately to Shift Supervisor and provide written statements as requested regarding any such injury or damages.
- Immediately notify Shift Supervisor of any irregular activities that may impact service to airline partner(s).
Additional Skills and Abilities:
- Must sign or clock in/out at the beginning and end of the scheduled shift.
- Must be dependable, self-starter and have attention to detail
- Must have the ability to travel 20%
- Proper uniform attire is required when reporting to work.
- Safety measures must always be taken including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during assigned shifts and as part of the uniform.
- Adhere to rules and regulations outlined in Employee Handbook at all times.
- Demonstrate respectful and helpful behavior to fellow employees, airline personnel, passengers, and other company employees working within the assigned area.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have access to reliable transportation, and authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, lift, reach, and push for extended periods of time during the assigned shift
- Walking and climbing up and down stairs are required to reach planes, access garbage disposal areas, and depart from planes throughout the shift.
- Workspaces can be confined and small; must be able to work in tight spaces.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
- Exposure to inclement weather, including hot and cold temperatures, is common for this role.

Summary
Immaculate Flight Augusta, GA Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, detailing, and presentation for all aircraft under their supervision. This critical, hands-on role requires attention to detail, efficient coordination, and a commitment to excellence in aircraft appearance.
Essential Functions
Aircraft Detailing:
Execute and oversee all aspects of the aircraft detailing process, including interior cleaning and sanitization, to exterior detailing and polishing.
Follow detailed cleaning, safety and quality checklists to maintain consistency and thoroughness.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors to identify and address any areas needing additional attention pre and post detailing.
Monitor efficiency and productivity on every job and report any issues to Operations Manager.
Team Supervision:
Train and supervise a team of dedicated aircraft detailers.
Provide hands-on training to ensure team members develop the necessary skills and techniques.
Oversee that all meal and rest breaks required by state or federal law are properly taken by team members, including yourself.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of frontline training programs, ensuring all training activities are aligned with organizational standards. Compile and submit all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Facilitate communication with the scheduling department to support the efficient dispatching of teams based on operational demand
Report any disciplinary action and performance modifications requested to the Operations Manager, or if applicable, Assistant Operations Manager.
Maintain clear and effective communication with your Operations Manager, or if applicable, Assistant Operations Manager, to coordinate aircraft availability, staffing, and turnaround times.
Any monitoring of emails and phone calls on your company device and all other scheduled work MUST be completed at your base location and its surrounding airports.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Establish and enforce strict quality and safety standards for all aircraft under your supervision.
Assist with regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Report any issues or discrepancies to your Operations Manager or if applicable, Assistant Operations Manager, and assist with corrective actions.
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.
