The ideal candidates are prompt and reliable, have superior support skills and excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client – Oversee all aircraft maintenance services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or maintenance concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure proper mechanical operation. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
- Equipment and service – Troubleshoot each squawk, and repair as necessary. Keep accurate logbook entries, and digital records. Create reports of customer service calls.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or certification preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
- Ability to lift to 55 pounds
- Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Hold an A&P, iA,or LSRM certificate
- Knowledgeable about all safety requirements

**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions and applies required expertise in restoring equipment condition and or operation and applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures' manuals.

+ Service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft engines.
+ Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and functional components.
+ Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components using hand tools and power tools.
+ Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
+ Research and understand FAA technical data relevant to assigned tasks.
+ Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed.
+ Ensure all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with commercial/cargo aircraft experience.
+ High School diploma or GED certificate.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
+ Proficiency in documenting maintenance performed on required forms.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ A&P License preferred.
+ Experience with large commercial aircraft is preferred, but experience with corporate, general, or military aircraft will be considered.
