**Minimum Requirements:**

Individuals will be engaged with both airline and airport funded projects. The individual will ensure that all project documentation is properly organized, stored, and distributed, adhering to industry standards and project requirements.
Qualification Requirements
- Education Bachelors degree, Associates degree, or High School diploma w/equivalent work experience in project management, construction management, civil engineering, architecture, business, accounting or highly related discipline
- Experience 5+ years, must be relevant experience
- Previous experience managing projects
- Project scope
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and change management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to receive security badging by passing background check
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures and systems. Ensure that all project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and correspondence, are accurately filed and easily accessible. Monitor and enforce document control policies to maintain consistency and accuracy across all project documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and receipt of documents. Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant parties and track the status of document reviews and approvals. Act as a point of contact for document-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of document revisions and versions, ensuring that the most current documents are used. Generate and distribute regular reports on document status, project progress, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations related to document control. Conduct regular audits of document control processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and tools. Assist in the development of document control training materials and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain document control software and systems, ensuring their effective operation and integration with other project management tools. Evaluate and recommend new technologies or tools to improve document control efficiency.
- Competitive base salary between 75 85K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.

**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:**
+ Execute general maintenance tasks associated with passenger boarding bridges and associated equipment.
+ Perform duties as assigned for the external, internal, and atmospheric corrosion control program.
+ Utilize tools to power wash, sand, and paint equipment exposed to elements.
+ Conduct detailed analysis of corrosion data/reporting.
+ Resolve complex corrosion issues with minimal assistance.
+ Comply with company safety program and trainings.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent
+ Valid Driver's License
+ 1-3 years of related experience

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
While performing the duties of a Corrosion Control Technician, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and work in small spaces. Ladder work required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircrafts and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Good hand / eye coordination is required.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
The work environment is similar to airport operation with vehicular traffic. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, outside weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, cold, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Employees will work on an airport ramp around aircrafts and around heavy equipment.
