- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aviation systems engineering, with a significant focus on Air Traffic Management.
- In-depth knowledge of air traffic control procedures, airspace design, and navigation technologies.
- Proven experience with systems engineering methodologies, including requirements management, architecture design, and V&V (Verification and Validation).
- Familiarity with CNS/ATM (Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management) concepts and technologies.
