Responsibilities

The Physician's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Thoroughly evaluate and manage each patient, documenting information completely via written notes or dictation in a timely manner.
• Identify relevant medical issues accurately and utilize appropriate procedures and testing.
• Maintain problem lists, medication lists, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets, and other medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee.
• Provide leadership to staff for efficient team operation.
• Ensure the fiscal viability of the practice.
• Comply with applicable policies and procedures.
• The Physician is responsible for patient care.

AS A STORE ASSOCIATE A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
