As a Product Designer on Amazon Music, you will help define and build customer-facing experiences from discovery and research to concept development, and through product launches. This role will partner and support the Marketing and Growth team, producing wireframes, user-flows, high-fidelity mocks, and design specifications spanning our broad spectrum of supported platforms. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Program Managers, other UX and Visual Designers, as well as many others across the organization, working from high-level requirements to define product design flows, interactions, design patterns, and immersive customer experiences. The team will look to you to help identify opportunities to incorporate best current thinking into product designs, while also envisioning and creating new experiences for future features. To be successful you must be an inventive, customer-focused problem solver with clear design chops, an excitement for understanding and using data, and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively. Key job responsibilities
* Lead UX design for projects across platforms that touch numerous aspects of the Amazon Music experience.
* Run the full experience design process (i.e., discovery, research, concept development, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks) with a particular focus on customer mindsets, complex interaction solutions, user flows, and end-to-end customer journeys
* Work from high-level requirements, ask the right questions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather all relevant information to guide design direction.
* Quickly iterate on multiple design explorations to arrive at simple, but robust solutions, accounting for complex requirements.

- 5+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience

In this highly cross-functional role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end GTM strategies for Amazon Ads technology products, including APIs, AI-powered developer tools, and services. This role bridges product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure developers and technical buyers understand, adopt, and succeed with our solutions. The person who will thrive in this role has the ability to view disparate launches, bundle them into a simple story, and identify the path forward to resolve product gaps and issues. The ideal candidate moves seamlessly between "big picture" thinking and leading tactical execution, and the person is able to navigate heavy ambiguity and chart a path forward independently.

Key job responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Insights: Conduct research, customer interviews, and market analysis to uncover pain points, workflows, and use cases; synthesize partner feedback, competitive benchmarks, and industry trends to influence roadmap and messaging.
* GTM Planning & Execution: Lead go-to-market strategy for platform launches, APIs, and technical features; define positioning, messaging, and launch readiness across documentation, training, sales, and marketing channels.
* Audience Messaging & Engagement: Develop tailored content and narratives for technical audiences (developers, CTOs, and tech decision-makers); highlight customer success stories to drive adoption.
* Community & Enablement: Build scalable engagement and enablement programs with Sales, Partner GTM, and Solutions Architects; create feedback loops through surveys, advisory councils, and early access programs to inform strategy.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Product, Sales, Events, Regional Marketing, PR, Research, and Training teams; align stakeholders on vision, support alpha/beta programs, and translate customer insights into product improvements.
* Success Metrics: Track adoption and usage of products and features, content engagement (documentation, events, community), customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS, qualitative feedback), and contributions of insights to roadmap prioritization.
Basic Qualifications
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
