The role:
The Amazon Business Development Analyst is a critical role to growing Kao's Amazon business across all four channels of Amazon. You will manage portions of the business and find ways to grow. Reporting to our Senior National Account Manager, you will use Amazon data and industry insights to take informed risks to grow the business, finding ways to reduce chargebacks, and coordinate internally and externally with all partners.

What you will do:
- Oversee the tactical aspects of growing Amazon across Vendor Central, Seller Central, B2B, and Fresh.
- Customer Development: Supports sales team with preparation, analysis & presentation that identifies strategic recommendations for building joint business plans.
- Develop and submit Merchandising plans.
- Work internally to develop packaging opportunities to reduce prep chargebacks and then submit to Amazon for packaging certification
- Coordinate with internal brands, shopper and trade marketing, supply chain teams, and other partners to develop business plans.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central
- 2 plus years of CPG experience.
- Previous sales experience.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Plus to have experience with ecommerce tools (i.e. Profitero, Stackline, Salsify, etc.)

Key job responsibilities

A day in the life
Process Assistants perform production duties as needed: picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, ensuring inventory accuracy, and loading and unloading aircraft at or above the rate expectation for each task. Process Assistants will also be responsible for motivating others and keeping their work areas safe!
This Process Assistant position will be focused on Ramp Operations with flexibility to assist in Sort Operations when needed.
Eligibility requirements
- Individuals hired into this position will have unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA). For this reason, eligibility for this role will be limited to individuals who pass a security screening, as required by the FAA, DHS, and TSA (as applicable).
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
- This position requires an employee's full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute their job duties to ensure the safety and security of Amazon AIR personnel, third-party contractors, Airport personnel, cargo, and equipment. This position is therefore designated as a safety sensitive position and is subject to mandatory pre-employment and, where permitted, post-hire drug testing.
Temperature in the Air Gateway may vary between depending on outside weather conditions and will fluctuate depending on the season and daily weather conditions. You may be working outdoors your entire shift. The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions is a must.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Are 18 years of age or older

Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Primarily work in and support multiple Data Centers by Deploying, Servicing, and Upgrading BMS and EPMS systems.
Mentor and train Facilities team members on operation and control of the BMS and EPMS systems.
Audit, maintain, and manage computer enterprise asset management systems for BMS and EPMS installations
Manage small to medium size projects and programs.
· Perform point to point checkouts between field devices and controllers.
· Perform first-line diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance of programming code and hardware associated with the BMS and EPMS in data centers.
· Perform provisioning process for servers, controllers, industrial PCs and network configurations and communication testing between third party devices and controllers or servers.

· Able to read and understand Electrical schematics, control panel drawings. Basic understanding of close loop controls, field sensors scaling, and functions typically performed by industrial controllers.
· Supervise low voltage electrical contractors performing wiring and installation of field devices in compliance with AWS requirements.
· Commissioning and systems level testing support.
· Create red-lined drawings and documentation of systems.
· Follow change management process to generate work requests and method of procedures.
· Participate in Factory witnessed tests at vendors or in panel builders facility.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
· Recommend design improvements based on consultation with users and system operation.
· Perform root cause analysis during testing and commissioning.
· Ensure all personnel on site utilize proper safety methodology.
· Work on-call and a rotating schedule when required and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Basic Qualifications
