RESPONSIBILITIES

· Installs, repairs, and maintains mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery

· Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical machinery and electrical systems

· Troubleshoots and repairs electrical controls including PLCs, 3 phase and single phase circuits, relays, switches, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment

· Assists with installation and modification of mechanical and electrical systems

· Identifies equipment and process deficiencies to maximize production efficiency

· Monitors spare parts inventories and makes recommendations to assure availability

· Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner; communicates daily work performed and machine conditions via written, verbal or computer documentation

· Maintains safe and clean work environment

· Observes all Company procedures, policies, and guidelines

· Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education in electrical technology preferred

• 5+ years' experience related to repair of industrial electrical and mechanical systems required

• Extensive electrical knowledge ranging from 110 to 480 volts of power (3 phase)

• Strong background using precision tools (micrometers, multi meters, indicators, voltage testers)

• Experience with electrical components, sensors, AC/DC drives and motors, and servo drives and motors

• Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics/blueprints

• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controls (PLCs); PLC programming knowledge a plus

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively

• Able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel frequently

• Availability to work overtime, extended shifts, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

• Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Good verbal and writing skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with others

Responsibilities

Janitors are responsible for routine cleaning schedule for the offices, break rooms, restrooms and manufacturing building and any grounds area as assigned. Have the ability to perform routine cleaning schedule with very little supervision. Be thoroughly knowledgeable of and follow all safe work practices and procedures when handling cleaning equipment, cleaning products/chemicals and disposal of these products.

1. Each Janitor will develop, with the Maintenance Manager, a routine cleaning schedule for the offices and manufacturing building and any grounds area as assigned including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning and servicing restrooms including timely disposal of rubbish and waste materials in proper containers by hand or with the use of powered equipment.

2. The Janitor will know each department location and leader in the department to be able to interface with any routine scheduled cleaning.

3. Janitors must be capable of performing job duties/responsibilities with very little supervision.

4. Responsible for the inventory of various supplies and cleaning products needed to perform scheduled cleaning, and notifying when to re-order supplies, and using/disposing of cleaning products according to manufacturer’s instructions.

5. The Janitor is required to be versed in plant safety procedures such as: Hazard Communication Program (Material Safety Data Sheets), proper lifting and bending procedures, accident prevention, personal protective equipment, bloodborne pathogens, basic electrical safety, plant evacuation routes, safe use of cleaning equipment, and the safety concerns of co-workers & visitors for wet floors and electrical cords.

6. Periodically may perform work that does not pertain to job function such as, but not limited to: work production line, breaking machines, secondary work responsibilities may also include monthly safety inspections of fire extinguishers, eye wash stations and bug lights.

7. Must be able to obtain a valid forklift license, scissor lift and ability to operate overhead crane.

Qualifications

1. Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of janitorial service.

2. Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods and freight using a truck or tractor-trailer.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and FMCSR regulations.
• Perform loading and unloading of trailers using hand tools or equipment.
• Be flexible to work weekends as needed.
• Support warehouse functions by traveling to company locations.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid, non-expired Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience, including pulling 53ft trailers.
• Satisfy physical qualifications as per DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

The packer/handler assures by visual inspection that all containers and lids are being manufactured and packaged according to Amcor quality standards and guidelines in a safe and efficient manner.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.

2. Inspect products to ensure quality. Set aside products that are below quality standards. Work closely with Leads and alert Mold Tech and Supervisor of any quality issues or reject conditions. Watch molds for irregularities or sticking. Timely response to quality issues is key to this position.

3. Complete assembly of products by installing gaskets in lids and handles in containers as required while keeping up with the production machines cycles.

4. Stack and pack product per instructions that vary with different customers and orders.

5. Prepare proper product identification and/or packaging labels.

6. Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed.

7. When the machine experiences an interruption in production, the packer/handler will take this available time to clean up oil, sweep, mop, make boxes or other tasks that may be assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

8. Accurately complete any required paperwork.

9. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
