Description: A wide variety of clubs and activities is offered to students of Everett High School. Involvement in such groups adds significantly to the high school experience of our students. Club advisors serve as mentors to students, helping them design their own experiences, activities, and events, and giving students a voice, choice, and agency.
Working Time:
After school during non-contractual hours throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the subject area of the club.
- Experience working directly with high school students.
- Teacher or staff at Everett High School
- Meet regularly with club members throughout the school year.
- Assist students in advertising club meeting times, dates, and locations.
- Assist students in creating a year-long calendar of activities, meetings, and events.
- Assist students in recruiting club members.
- Record and keep a log of member attendance for every club meeting.
- Collect any fundraising money and turn it in to the main office.
- Participate in school-wide events to promote high school activities and clubs.
- Supervise club activities, including any approved field trips and fundraising activities.
- Attend meetings of club advisors.
- Complete all required paperwork.

This position supports congregate shelter sites by resourcing and delivering materials during daily site visits throughout the disaster operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource and deliver material supply requests from congregate shelter sites
- Develop strong relationships with shelters and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Inventory, organize and load supplies into delivery vehicles
- Provide feedback to supervisor on unmet or evolving shelter needs
- Help shelter sites monitor inventory levels and project future material requests

Recommended:

- Minimum of 3 years experience or military equivalent (i.e. Senior NCO, Officer Etc.) and 1 year supervisory experience in human/social services, customer or client services, call center or other types of experience with heavy customer/client contact recommended
