**_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE:_**
+ Supports BioLife Laboratory Operations by driving business process improvements, automation, and metric analysis in all areas of BioLife Testing Labs.
+ Responsible for the data gathering and communication between diverse data sources to construct reports and/or models to support key business strategies.
+ Effectively manage multiple projects with varying levels of engagement, scope, and specifications.
**_ACCOUNTABILITIES:_**
**Analysis and Modeling (50%)**
+ Contact for management of operational reporting
+ Define and articulate business rules required for data accuracy and consistency to maintain regulatory compliance for data integrity.
+ Ability to collaborate with users and interpret the needs of the business, to define concepts and detail report requirements that meet customer performance expectations.
+ Develop reports/business tools and solutions based on process improvement opportunities that facilitate consistency and accountability across departments and geographic regions.
+ Support projects across departments through the development of well-defined measurement standards and supporting data analysis.

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
