We can Do Great Things because we have great Associates. The Ensono Core Values unify our diverse talents and are woven into how we do business. These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose.
**HONESTY, RELIABILITY, COLLABORATION, CURIOSITY, PASSION**
At Ensono, we are transforming into a software-first Managed Services Provider, powered by our Envision Operating System - a platform where AI, automation, and people combine to deliver predictive, zero-touch operations. While Data Engineers and Data Scientists build the pipelines and models, it's our Analytics team that makes sure the intelligence generated actually drives business outcomes and strategic decisions.
As an Business Analyst, you'll be the translator between data and decisions. You'll dig into ServiceNow data, operational telemetry, financial performance, and predictive model outputs, and package them into insights, dashboards, and reports that leadership and Ops teams can act on. Your role ensures that our AI-driven future is not just technically sound but measurable, explainable, and trusted by the business.
This isn't a reporting-only role-it's about shaping the story of transformation. You'll work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Ops, and AI/ML teams to identify trends, measure ROI, and uncover opportunities where automation and AI can add value. If you thrive on connecting dots, asking "so what?", and enabling better, faster decisions, this is your role.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Insight Generation - Analyze operational, financial, and incident data to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.
+ Dashboard & Reporting Development - Build decision-ready dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to make predictive insights accessible to stakeholders.
+ Business Storytelling - Translate complex data and model outputs into simple, compelling narratives for leadership and clients.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Ops teams to ensure data pipelines and models align with real business needs.
+ Performance Measurement - Define KPIs, track business impact of predictive models, and validate ROI on AI/ML initiatives.
+ Decision Support - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Operations, helping them act on data-driven insights.
**We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. That's why we've outlined the job requirements below. To be considered for this role, it's important that you meet all Required Qualifications. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.**
**What You Will Need:**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.
+ Proficiency with SQL for deep data exploration and validation.
+ Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
+ Familiarity with ServiceNow data and IT operations datasets.
+ Ability to interpret and communicate outputs from predictive models (e.g., confidence scores, risk classifications).
+ Strong skills in data storytelling-turning insights into compelling visuals and narratives.
+ Background in Finance, Procurement, or Operations analytics is a strong plus.
**Mindset & Values**
+ Get Stuff Done - You don't just analyze-you deliver insights that drive action.
+ Business Translator - You connect AI/ML and operations data to real-world business decisions.
+ Impact-Oriented - You measure success by the clarity and usefulness of your insights, not just dashboards built.
+ Collaborative Partner - You thrive in cross-functional teams, sitting between technical and business stakeholders.
+ Curious Analyst - You constantly ask "what does this mean?" and "how can this be used to improve outcomes?"
**Success Looks Like**
+ Dashboards and reports that Ops teams and executives rely on daily for decision-making.
+ Predictive model outputs translated into clear business impact metrics (e.g., avoided incidents, MTTR improvements, cost savings).
+ Stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Operations acting with confidence based on your insights.
+ A consistent feedback loop between data/AI teams and business leaders, ensuring EnvisionOS evolves around measurable outcomes.
**Why Ensono?**
Ensono is a place where we unleash Associates to Do Great Things - for our clients and for your career. This could mean achieving a professional goal, collaborating with your team on an innovative idea, learning a new skill, reaching a wellness milestone, or engaging in your community through volunteer programs. Whatever it means to you, we want Ensono to be the place where you can do great things.
We value flexibility and work-life balance. Positions that are not required to be onsite to support a client may offer the ability to work remotely or hybrid at an Ensono office location.
+ Unlimited Paid Day Off (PDO) Plan
+ Two robust health plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield
