SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Analytic Facilitator to support our customer in McDill AFB, Florida.
**Essential Job Duties**
+ Produce and present training and course instruction, develop materials, and furnish assistance to the USCENTCOM J2 as instructors.
+ Support course administration, instruction, and facilitation, support Mobile Training Teams (MTTs), and provide other associated coordination with external and subordinate organizations/offices as required.
+ Achieve initial instructor certification and complete annual instructor recertification. Note: Contractors shall obtain initial instructor certification within six (6) months on station IAW DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence Instructor Professionalism Program Administrative Instruction 004, 8 December 2017 and DoD Manual DoD Intelligence and Security Training Standard, 24 March 2015.
+ Collaborate with U.S. Government civilian and military personnel to produce and present timely, relevant training courses on intelligence topics of interest impacting the USCENTCOM Directorate of Intelligence garrison personnel and the USCENTCOM AOR.
+ Create, conduct, and document training needs surveys (complete and deliver within 30 calendar days of initiation).
+ Research, design, and develop training courseware for steady state and crisis/contingency OPTEMPO environments.
+ Build an annual schedule of course offerings for inclusion in the organization's overall fiscal year course calendar.
+ Manage student course enrollment and completion status, including prerequisites, using the organization's Learning Management System.
+ Conduct student security clearance checks for non-USCENTCOM students, request security clearance passage for non-USCENTCOM students, and request security policy exceptions for uncleared students.
+ Create/update course descriptions for catalog and the organization's Learning Management System.
+ Attend periodic and ad hoc organizational meetings to supply training program effort updates.

**The Role: Analytic Consultant**
We are currently seeking a high energy, motivated and passionate expert in RWD and the pharmaceutical industry to join our RWD Engagement Team as a RWD Analytic Consultant to support our delivery of RWD engagements across the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sleuthing through RWD to unpack insights and answers to some of the most challenging business problems our clients face.
This role's creation is in reaction to the demand for Norstella's newest service offerings leveraging Norstella's unified Real World Data asset, a combination of claims, lab, SDOH and EMR data. You will be joining an organization hard wired for innovation and specialization to meet the high demands of our biopharmaceutical and life sciences client base. You will join a high-performing team empowered to work creatively to deliver solutions that enable patients to access therapies they need.
This role requires a combination of business acumen, analytical, technical, and commercial expertise to effectively deliver Norstella's RWD solutions. Our RWD offerings include cutting-edge data solutions and expert advisory services alongside advanced technologies such as real-world data, machine learning and predictive analytics. It is critical that an individual in this role has worked in and understands the dynamics of the US healthcare ecosystem.
**Responsibilities:**
-As an RWD Analytic Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting life sciences analytical use cases by querying and analyzing a wide range of healthcare data sources, including claims, lab results, electronic medical records (EMR), and other real-world data
-Your expertise in SQL and data analysis will contribute to enhancing our understanding of healthcare trends, optimizing patient care, and driving evidence-based decision-making
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals, to identify and define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
-Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process
-Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data mappings, and data lineage, to ensure data transparency and accessibility
-Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights
**Qualifications:**
-2+ years of professional experience working hands on with RWD (e.g., open/closed claims, APLD, lab, EMR/EHR, hospital chargemaster, billing codes, etc.)
-Understanding of life sciences industry and US healthcare ecosystem
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
-Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
-Proficiency in querying relational databases (SQL experience preferred)

What You'll Contribute
- Work with large amounts of real-world data and ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including data collection, normalization and transformation.
- Research and select appropriate statistical methods and computational algorithms.
- Build and/or oversee teams building high-end analytic models for relevant problems using statistical modeling techniques. Manage these projects under time constraints, working with other teams within FICO to provide high quality support to enable integration and deployment of analytics software and solutions.
- Assist with model go-lives by performing production data validations and analysis of models in production.

What We're Seeking
- MS or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, mathematics, operations research or natural science fields with significant years of hands-on related experience in predictive modeling and data mining.
- Experience analyzing large data sets and applying data-cleaning techniques along with performing statistical analyses leading to the understanding of the structure of data sets.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams on medium to large scale projects and handling client interactions requiring strong communication skills.
- Strong scripting experience using Perl, Bash, or similar.
- Experience working with two of the following: Java, Python, C++ or C.
