The Analytical Chemist will play a key role in developing, validating, and executing analytical methods to support research, product development, and quality control. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, validate, and apply analytical methods for the characterization of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
+ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of analytical instrumentation, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, UV-Vis, FTIR, and ICP.
+ Analyze data and prepare technical reports, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing.
+ Ensure laboratory operations comply with GLP/GMP standards and safety protocols.
+ Support method transfer, optimization, and troubleshooting efforts.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS or MS in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
+ 5-10 years of hands-on experience in an analytical chemistry role, preferably within the biotechnology or food & beverage industry.
+ Strong technical proficiency with a wide range of analytical instruments and techniques.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.

+ Participate in Analytical Chemistry activities related to the development of new contact lens, consumer eye health and intraocular lens products.

+ Assist in writing and updating protocols, test methods and standard operating procedures.
+ Participate in quality/compliance improvements, specifically measurement system analysis and measurement system improvement related to analysis of raw materials, prototype lenses and solutions, and clinical supply lenses.
+ Collect, analyze, and compile data then summarizes data for interpretation by supervisor.
+ Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as needed
+ Perform extractables and leachable testing of medical devices
+ Prepare written test protocols, schedule, and perform tests, analyze test results, and prepare Independently operate analytical instruments such as an HPLC, GC, Mass-spectrometer, etc. to generate data.
+ Record and report all lab data as per approved procedures and regulatory requirements.
+ Analyze and critique results, noting significant deviations from the expected results.
+ Troubleshoot experiments and instrumentation.
+ Learn and understand new experimental techniques with a curiosity to apply them for unique project/assignment requirements.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the laboratory.
+ Ensure all work is performed and documented in accordance with existing company policies, procedures, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field, Analytical, Organic, Physical Chemistry preferred
+ 8 + years of experience in R&D with BS Degree
+ 5 + years of experience in R&D with MS Degree
+ 2 + years of experience in R&D with 2-4 years lab experience
+ Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, and practices of Analytical Chemistry
+ Experience in regulated med device / pharma industries preferred
+ Experience with Chromatography
+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources to meet project objectives
+ Familiarity with statistical analysis and design of experiments
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Position Summary
The Analytical Lab Technician executes routine and non-routine analytical testing, experiments, and tasks to support R&D product design, improvements, and material quality. What we are looking for
+ Minimum 1 year hands-on pertinent college coursework in chemistry, or equivalent experience/education
+ 2+ years of demonstrated related experience in a technical laboratory or similar environment
+ Good fundamental understanding of higher-level mathematics, mechanics, general science, and computer applications
+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
+ Research and Development technical laboratory setting Monday-Friday, day shift, occasionally schedule may vary from typical business hours
+ Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks requiring the use of hands, standing for extended periods of time, and lifting up to 35 lbs
+ Exposure to health risks or conditions may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment, including the potential use of a respirator

**Analytical Engineer - dbt | Power BI | SQL**
**Why this role matters**
Our dbt project already spans ~800 models. You'll steer its evolution-keeping code clean, metrics trustworthy, and insights flowing into Power BI for every division at Cotton Holdings.
**Key Responsibilities**
**What you'll do**
+ **Own the dbt repo** : refactor models, enforce SQLFluff lint rules, and keep documentation/lineage current (Unity Catalog).
+ **Model for consumption** : design semantic layers and star/snowflake schemas that power tabular datasets in **Power BI** .
+ **Optimize & monitor** warehouse cost, refresh cadence, and query performance; surface trends to leadership.
+ **Build & teach** : craft high-impact Power BI dashboards, write DAX measures, and host workshops so business users can self-serve confidently.
+ **Partner** with Data Engineers on source-to-target mapping and with stakeholders to translate requirements into governed metrics.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
**What you bring**
+ 5+ years in analytics engineering, BI development, or data warehousing (SQL heavy).
+ Proven ownership of a **large-scale dbt** project (hundreds of models) and comfort with Git PR reviews/tests.
+ Advanced **Power BI** skills: dataset design, DAX, Tabular Editor; familiarity with other BI tools a plus.
+ Solid understanding of data governance, column-level lineage, and documentation best practices.
+ Nice-to-have certs: dbt Certified Analytics Engineer, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300).

Overview SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking Analytical Linguists Nationwide to support our federal law enforcement customer. The Analytic Linguists is responsible for monitoring, translating, transcribing, and interpreting communications in English and the source language. Essential Job Duties Monitor: To listen to or read foreign language communications, lawfully intercepted, and perform immediate verbal summaries, then subsequent written or typed summaries, into the English language. Transcribe: To render the spoken word of a language into the written form of the same language, then save the result on a Government-owned computer storage device and/or in printed format. For the purposes of this contract, the transcription will be predominately spoken Spanish to written English, but may include, to a lesser degree, other languages. Translate: To render the spoken or written word of one language into the written form of another language, then save the results on a Government-owned computer storage device or other storage media and/or in printed format. The translation will be predominantly spoken or written Spanish to spoken or written English, but may include, to a lesser degree, other languages to English. Note: The register, style, and tone of the source language should be conserved. Interpret: To translate orally either consecutively or simultaneously from one language to another. Validate: A review conducted by someone other than the individual performing the original translation, transcription, or the quality control review of the specified original work in order to attest to the accuracy of the final work. Summarize: To provide a typed, concise, and accurate synopsis of oral or written communications intercept that contains the identity of the speakers or correspondents, and all locations and events mentioned that pertain to the subject of the communication. Deconfliction Analysis: The process of checking for target numbers and/or devices or other contacted telephone numbers and/or devices in one investigative case on the system having contact with target numbers and/or devices or other contacted telephone numbers and/or devices in a separate investigative case on the system. Voice Library: Library consisting of voice exemplar references where persons have identified themselves or been identified during a phone conversation. The exemplar is used for future voice comparisons. Source Data: The class of data requiring linguist services. Classes of data are verbal or written. Verbal Source Data typically is derived from audio or video recordings. Written Source Data is typically derived from official documents, transcripts, emails, maps, etc. Minimization: Legal instruction given by the Court or Prosecutor to the Analytic Linguist which identifies the types of "privileged" communications that the Analytic Linguists may not listen to and/or capture electronically Understands and complies with Court regulations concerning minimization procedures and may attend training on this subject. Minimum Requirements Government Security Clearance Minimum of three years of translation experience; however, a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution in lieu of experience may be accepted. Ability to pass credit and criminal background investigation. Amenability to undergo random polygraph testing. Computer literacy and ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM. Excellent command of English and the ability to produce clear and concise oral and written work. Ability to pass a language evaluation in both the source language and English. Understanding of slang and colloquial expressions in the source language, and ability to translate them into English. Proficiency with a variety of storage media (audio cassettes, video cassettes, digital media) Work Environment Normal office working conditions. Requires periods of non-traditional hours including consecutive nights or weekends when necessary. May require ability to lift/and or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
