As a Distribution Strategy VP on the Branch Distribution Analytics Team, you'll lead a team of data analytics professionals advancing an analytic framework to drive Chase's branch and ATM location strategy. You'll leverage your experience in strategy and analytics and your platform to drive key investments in our distribution network. Your broad exposure to leaders within the Consumer Bank including Real Estate, Finance, Data and Analytics, and Corporate Strategy will require you to provide executive consultation and influence across the organization.

**Job Responsibilities** :

+ Effectively prioritizes and delivers a portfolio of high impact initiatives while organizing resources to meet commitments that deliver maximum business value.
+ Partners closely with business customers to identify impactful projects, influence key decisions with data, and ensure client satisfaction.
+ When necessary, performs complex and impactful analysis work personally.
+ Delivers scalable and sustainable new analytic capabilities that unlock value and support ongoing management of key business levers.
+ Leads local data strategy initiatives including sourcing of new data, identification and adoption of new tools, integration into necessary analytic platforms
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:**
+ 5+ years of industry experience in either strategy, finance, business analytics or other quantitative roles (e.g., marketing analytics, sales analytics, risk analytics, business insights) including leadership of complex projects.
+ 2+ years of experience managing strategy, finance, analysis, or data science teams.
+ MS degree in an analytical field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, and Data Science) or business degree / MBA with an extensive track record as an analytics practitioner.
+ Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations responsible for supporting multiple key stakeholders.
+ Direct experience and the ability to provide coaching for a range of modern data science, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Python, R, Hadoop, Spark, Alteryx, ESRI, SAS, SQL)

The Analytics Manager, Real Estate Strategy sits within Global Development. This role will leverage expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to fuel our global performance in restaurant development, both on new and existing restaurants.
