- Lead the creation of predictive models and advanced analytics to drive fan acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics frameworks across all business units
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership through data-driven analysis
- Oversee all CRM platforms and systems, ensuring optimal fan data collection, segmentation, and activation
- Design and implement customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Develop fan personas and behavioral analytics to enhance personalization and targeting
- Manage customer data integration across multiple touchpoints including ticketing, merchandise, digital platforms, and venue experiences
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting infrastructure for all departments
- Create automated reporting systems for sales performance, fan engagement, sponsorship ROI, and operational metrics
- Develop real-time analytics capabilities for matchday operations and fan experience optimization
- Establish data governance standards and ensure data quality across all systems
- Foster a data-driven culture throughout the organization through training and consultation
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure robust data infrastructure and security
- Manage department budget and resource allocation for analytics tools and platforms
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Fan Experience teams to identify analytical opportunities
- Work closely with MLS and Red Bull Global data teams to leverage shared resources and best practices
- Support sponsorship teams with data-driven insights for partner activation and measurement
- Collaborate with coaching staff and soccer operations on performance analytics (as applicable)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM management
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing analytical teams
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages
- Expert knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms (CDPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking with ability to align data initiatives with business objectives
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices
- Experience in Professional sports
- Knowledge of sports analytics, fan behavior analysis, and venue operations
- Certification in relevant analytics platforms or methodologies
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced statistical analysis
- Familiarity with journey orchestration, digital marketing attribution and multi-touch attribution modeling
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow automation

Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
