DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. **General Summary:** _What business need does this position exist to fill?_
This position involves all aspects of ancillary products, including the cancellation of products and filing gap claims. Specialists will be responsible for ensuring the correct amount of funds are applied to the loan or returned to the customer. Specialists will work with internal and external business partners to ensure cancellations are processed in a timely manner. This role requires an ability to analyze, identify, and efficiently remediate any errors.
**Essential Job Functions:** _What will be required in the role?_
+ Gather and review documents in order to cancel ancillary products manually and systematically in accordance with policy and procedure
+ Navigate third party portals to enter cancellation requests
+ Communicate with various product providers to ensure timely processing of cancellations and to resolve outstanding discrepancies.
+ Follow up with appropriate 3rd party regarding delays with product cancellations and refunds posting to accounts
+ File GAP in a timely manner with the correct GAP provider and follow up with insurance companies for documentation needed.
+ Review exception reporting to ensure proper cancellation and application of refunds within regulatory and SLA requirements
+ Assist other departments with inquires related to the cancellation and reinstatement of ancillary products
+ Utilize approved databases, tools, and websites to assist in the overall ancillary process
+ Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Prepares charts to clinic and/or Practice specifications.
  • Collects copays, cash, check, or credit card payments ensuring patients receive receipts. Posts all payments in EPIC.
  • Balances daily cash and collections.
  • Ensures change drawers and cash are secured and appropriate financial procedures are followed in transferring payments to Corporate Identifies problematic accounts and directs them to the financial counselor or the Customer Service Department
  • Answers multiple lines, screens calls, takes accurate and detailed messages for all calls including telephone encounters, directs calls to appropriate support staff
  • Understands limits of responsibility by not providing medical advice to patients.

Qualifications
  • Prefer one year experience in customer service setting, preferably in a medical office with basic knowledge of medical terminology.

SUMMARY

Under the general supervision and guidance of the Senior Director of Event Operations, the Operations Event Staff will dedicate time to the private club rental operations and event managenent.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Manage tasks as assigned by Event Director:
  • Execute event operation plan, as designed by the Event Operations and Booking Teams
  • Assist with customer and vendor services on-site
  • Contribute to overall stadium upkeep
  • Coordinate with full-time staff members to ensure successful event set-up and execution
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Event Director
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Schedule availability to work daytime hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends as events are scheduled by the booking team
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Must be efficient and adaptable to changes.
  • Must have a high-level of communication.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and attention to detail.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
+ Ancillary workstream lead for the project and this person will have direct oversight of 1 PM and 5 Epic build analysts.
+ Responsible for day-to-day management of the Deloitte ancillary workstream which includes working closely with Epic and Client counterparts to project manage the implementation.
+ Will be responsible for director level content creation, and presentation. Will be responsible for leading surgical, anesthesia, lab, cardiology, and radiology operational workgroups through efficient and documented decision-making and following of best practices.
+ Responsible for issue resolution and triaging as it relates to the ancillary clinical workstream. Will focus on Anesthesia, Optime (Surgery), Beaker, Cupid, and Radiant Epic modules throughout design, build, testing, training, and Go-Live
+ Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
+ Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
