Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, and report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems to the manager/supervisor. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensure staff is informed. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Provide change to guests. Complete nightly audit of parked vehicles with vehicle claim tickets, resolve discrepancies, and submit list for charges to be posted by Night Auditor. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. **Compensation:** Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $16-$20 per hour.
**Work Schedule:** The work schedule for this position is 7:30AM - 3:30PM and 2:30PM-11PM. Must be able to work weekends.

The Guest Service Captain orchestrates the service experience for hotel guests while working alongside coworkers to ensure that the site's service standards are met or exceeded. Identifies and collects revenue for all vehicles. Completes accurate cash drop slips and cash drop envelopes. Completes the shift report and other shift paperwork with detail and accuracy. **QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
**Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:**
+ Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
+ Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
**Work Experience:**
+ Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
**Knowledge:**
+ Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
**Skills:**
+ Must be able to drive manual transmission
+ Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English language.
+ Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
+ Must be able to write simple correspondence.
+ Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and associates
+ Must be able to apply reasoning and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
+ Mathematical Skills
+ Must be able to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; must be able to perform these operations using units of American money
+ Must be able to understand 24 hour and military time systems.
+ Must be able to clearly understand rates applicable to time passed.

The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
**Travel**
Travel of up to 5% may be required.
