The API Integration Engineer leverages the Boomi integration platform to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange between various Tactile Medical software systems using APIs. Education & Experience

Required:

• 2 years of experience in integrations and maintaining APIs, in Boomi Platform
• Working knowledge of Postman for testing, analyzing and resolving issues identified during product development
• Experience in the medical device and healthcare domain with understanding of the space, building software applications to drive digital experiences
• Experience supporting development of cloud based services and user applications for native mobile and web applications

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of how APIs work, their endpoints, request methods, authentication mechanisms, response formats, error handling, and rate limiting
• Familiarity with web services technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS protocols, JSON, XML, and data serialization/deserialization methods

Our projects will need integration with API's exposed through APIM Platform. APIM is a Platform that integrates different front-end technologies with backend web servers. The candidate will help review and publish the APIs as per enterprise standards. Also help in troubleshooting issues that the team might see, and evaluating, conduct proof of concept and implementation cloud solution to meet organization technology modernization goals.

PURPOSE:

Performs complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. • 25% Leads software design and development teams. Identifies, analyzes, defines, and coordinates user, customer, and stakeholder needs and translates them into technical requirements. Manages technical resources (hardware, software, licenses, and services). Plans and leads transformation initiatives to new software architectures. Extend open-source libraries and systems as necessary to meet the needs of the team. Play a crucial role in product scoping and roadmap / architecture discussions. Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices. Ensure code quality, deployment standards and practices. Mentoring junior developers.
