The Responsibility of Apparel Print Production is to overseeing and executing the process of printing designs onto garments, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production at Getfastshirt.com. The responsibility also includes from receiving and preparing designs, operating printing equipment, quality control and preparing the final product for distribution.
Responsibilities
Manage Print Production Purchase Orders at Get Getfastshirt.com
Reconcile inquiries from outside vendors on status of purchase orders
Work with Accounts Payable department to resolve any issues with invoices
Assist with Maintaining files and art usage data
Organize the images from photo shoots, add in the product arrival dates ad submit the final package for distribution
Manage all production components and resources to ensure all work is completed flawlessly, on time
Experience in print production, quoting/estimating is preferred
Assist with customer service duties including answering phones, taking orders, entering requests on the daily log sheet
Qualification
He or She should have 2-3 Years experience
Apparel print production jobs require technical skills, practical experience, and soft skills.
Key qualifications include a strong understanding of print processes, experience in a production environment, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Some positions may also require proficiency in graphic design software and knowledge of specific printing techniques like screen printing or heat press.

The Senior Production Coordinator independently manages the development and production of original Warren Lotas designs with a high level of expertise and autonomy. The Senior Production Coordinator is a trusted resource for the Production team, handling complex issues with little supervision while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage production workflows independently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues directly with vendors, escalating only when concerns are complex or high-level
- Conduct QC on garments and ensure vendors follow Company standards, approved samples, and protocols
- Identify risks or bottlenecks in production processes and implement proactive solutions
- Lead communication with vendors, ensuring they have all necessary assets, supplies, and information for production
- Review and reconcile vendor packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders with minimal oversight, addressing discrepancies quickly.

Local vendor experience: in-person vendor visits, ability to directly source vendors and materials, experienced in price negotiations and maintaining vendor relationships
Works well within a team to effectively complete projects - no task is too big or small. Willing to both mentor teammates and learn from senior production staff
At least 5 years developing and overseeing production lifecycles
The Senior Production Coordinator independently manages the development and production of original Warren Lotas designs with a high level of expertise and autonomy. The Senior Production Coordinator is a trusted resource for the Production team, handling complex issues with little supervision while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Manage production workflows independently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues directly with vendors, escalating only when concerns are complex or high-level
Conduct QC on garments and ensure vendors follow Company standards, approved samples, and protocols
Identify risks or bottlenecks in production processes and implement proactive solutions
Lead communication with vendors, ensuring they have all necessary assets, supplies, and information for production
Review and reconcile vendor packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders with minimal oversight, addressing discrepancies quickly.
Manage and resolve chargebacks and vendor compliance issues
Maintain and strengthen long-term vendor partnerships
Act as a knowledge resource and provide guidance to Production Coordinators
Collaborate with the Production department on strategic workflow improvements
Support the Production team with additional projects and tasks as required
Source and procure raw materials, negotiating vendor pricing, terms
Minimum 5 years in development and production
Strong knowledge of production processes, vendor coordination, and industry best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent relationship-building and vendor management skills
Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Spanish-speaking ability highly preferred
