About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Coordinator to support our growing Club Division , which services key accounts such as Costco and Sam's Club . This role plays a critical part in managing the production process from PO issuance through to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and margin goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Production Manager in managing the full lifecycle of apparel production across multiple programs and categories
Coordinate and monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery to Club retail partners
Issue, update, and track Purchase Orders (POs), maintaining accuracy and alignment with cost, lead times, and delivery targets
Maintain close communication with overseas vendors and internal cross-functional teams (Design, Tech, Merchandising, Logistics)
Own and manage the Time & Action (T&A) calendar, ensuring all production milestones are achieved
Track and follow up on bulk fabric approvals, trims, lab dips, fit samples, and TOPs
Ensure compliance with testing and packaging standards required by Club accounts
Collaborate with Logistics and Compliance to support smooth shipping and customs clearance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in PLM (Centric experience a plus) and Excel trackers
Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in apparel production, ideally with private label or big box/club store exposure
Familiarity with the apparel development process, from sourcing to delivery
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
Working knowledge of PLM systems and Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Experience with Costco, Sam's Club, or other club retailers is highly preferred
Location Notice:
This is an onsite position based at our current headquarters in Bell, CA , with a planned relocation to Beverly Hills in January 2026 . Candidates must be comfortable with the current and future commute.

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Production Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of apparel production timelines. This position will report to the Production Manager. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Style set up in PLM system and updating changes when necessary
* Create purchase orders for finished goods and raw materials
* Understand and troubleshoot issues related to various decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.)
* Ensure artwork files are production-ready and accurately translated onto garments
* Track samples and log approvals
* Maintain internal and vendor WIP reports, production schedules, and delivery timelines
* Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations
* Prepare and verify all shipping documentation
* Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies between factory reports and internal records
* All other projects and initiatives as identified
* Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed

QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience in the apparel production environment
* Knowledge of production cycle timeline

* Ability to multitask and prioritize when handling multiple projects at a time

FAM Brands is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Production Manager to lead production for our fast-growing Club Division , serving major accounts including Costco and Sam's Club . In this critical leadership role, you will own the production lifecycle from development through delivery—ensuring product quality, on-time execution, and margin optimization across multiple high-volume programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the production calendar, ensuring all milestones are achieved across multiple programs
Oversee vendor capacity planning and monitor workload distribution to align with order volume and delivery windows
Partner closely with Design, Tech, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure execution of seasonal strategies
Negotiate cost, delivery terms, and production lead times with factories while protecting margin
Resolve production challenges, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain timelines and quality standards
Track and approve lab dips, strike-offs, trims, fit samples, and TOPs
Ensure all production and testing standards meet Club account compliance and packaging requirements
Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in speed, cost, and quality
Collaborate with Compliance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth handoff, booking, and delivery
Supervise and mentor junior production staff (coordinators/assistants)
Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in apparel production, with a strong focus on private label or big box/club retailers
Deep understanding of the Club retail environment, including compliance, testing, and delivery requirements
Proven track record of managing multiple vendors and large seasonal orders simultaneously
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong negotiation and vendor communication skills
PLM experience required (Centric PLM preferred)
Excel proficiency and familiarity with production calendars and costing tools
Experience managing or mentoring a team
Location Notice:
This role is based full-time onsite at our headquarters in Bell, CA , with an office relocation to Beverly Hills scheduled for January 2026 . Candidates should be comfortable with both the current and future locations.

COMPENSATION
At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to add to our team as a full-time Sewing Specialist to fulfill custom monogram orders. Position SummaryThe Sewing Machine Operator will operate a sewing machine (Juki-Overlock, Juki-Single Needle, Merrow, Sonobond) and other equipment to join materials into finished product form in preparation for folding or final packaging. Duties are described below.
During the facility tour, candidates will participate in a sewing assessment to evaluate their proficiency in sewing Tyvek material and their comfort working on a sewing machine in a cleanroom environment for eight to ten hours.
What You'll do as a Sewing Machine Operator- Receive materials and sewing instructions from Cleanroom Supervisor or Associate Value Stream Manager.
- Verify integrity and quality of materials.
- Operate overlock stitch, single needle, elastic and other sewing equipment to sew materials into components and finished products.
- Package completed products into bags or pouches for further processing.
- Perform operations in a manner that maintains superior cleanliness of product/work area.
- Follow SOPs to maintain integrity of cleanroom environment.
