**Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical support to end-users on **Apple iOS devices (iPhones, iPads)** as well as **macOS systems** .

Position SummaryThe Home Loan Advisor is responsible for originating high-quality first and second lien mortgage loans through branch referral sources, the online application channel and internal loan refinance inquiries. Duties and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Loan Origination
- Originates mortgage applications received through internal referral, online application channels or from inquiries, by consultative selling to asses needs, provide financial options, and recommend solutions in the member’s best interest.
- Educate and guide members through the loan process. Answer questions and resolve problems that may develop with loan files, providing updates as necessary to the members, realtors, and other stakeholders.
- Accurately interpret and apply FUS Policy, Standards, GSE guidelines and AUS findings to facilitate loan decisioning.
- Take complete and accurate applications using the Credit Union’s loan origination system; ensure all required documentation is collected for timely and compliant processing.
- Partner closely with processing and underwriting to ensure efficient file flow, pipeline management and rate lock adherence.
Member Service & Relationship Management

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other Credit Union products and services that align with the member needs.

Qualifications
