1. The Contractor shall assist and help to ensure continuity of daily operations, and ensure that all current input, forms, reports and search functions work correctly in the modernized solution.

2. The Contractor shall be guided by an advisory group of NPS users, to improve each system and implement fixes or changes as needed.

3. The Contractor shall identify and suggest for implementation any additional features or improvements that may be required, would be useful, or, based upon experience, are simply improve or streamline staff workflow processes.

4. The Contractor shall ensure that NPS has ownership rights and access to all source code and that the system is adequately documented.

5. The Contractor shall ensure that all work is consistent with the NPS Information Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Handbook guidance and the requirements of the DOI/NPS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) policies and standards.

6. The Contractor shall ensure the system meets the information security requirements as defined by NPS, DOI, and U.S. Government.

§ Ensure all systems list in 'Background' to meet or exceed National Institute of Standards and Technology information technology security standards, as well as comply with the NPS Information Systems Life Cycle Handbook. The contractor shall proactively seek out and rectify any security vulnerabilities before they are discovered by outside parties. Upon receiving a requirement to address a security issue, the contractor must implement a fix within twenty-four (24) hours. If the contractor requires an extension to the twenty-four (24) hours, then an extension request must be submitted to the CO or designee within twelve (12) hours of receiving the requirement. It will be at the CO or designee's discretion to grant such an extension.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to support the Rebates and Incentives team in chargebacks and supplier, customer rebates & compliance areas. This position will work with the different business teams to design and improve SAP & Vistex supported solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Execution and management of the SAP Pharma business processes for chargebacks, rebates, compliance, pharma contracts and other areas.
+ Execution and management of the Vistex solutions for - chargebacks, rebates, compliance, contracts and pricing functionality that supports the Pharma business segment.
+ Explore and drive technical change and innovation in SAP including exploring S/4 and ECC and RISE.
+ Support the integration with external applications like EDI and others.
+ Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
+ Identifying synergies and optimization areas within the RNI domain and managing the execution.
+ Understand the solution and be able to test it as required.
+ Driving end-user satisfaction by using specific metrics.
+ Provide leadership and direction to the teams during problem solving and crisis management.
+ Provide support in preparing and conducting prioritization meetings (for enhancements and defects) with the RNI functional partners.
+ Help in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.
+ Collaborating with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, RTR, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution without impacting cross functional and downstream processes or applications.
+ Ensure all critical RNI processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.
+ Closely follows the strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals.
+ Closely work with infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and stable operations.
+ Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma platform.
+ Responsible for the KPI's and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP.
**_Qualifications_**
+ 3-6 years of SAP experience, with demonstrated experience in Vistex modules such as Chargebacks, Billbacks, Agreements, and Memberships, preferred.
+ Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
+ Strong functional and configuration knowledge in Vistex modules along with pricing functions with focus on Supplier rebates, Customer rebates, Chargebacks, Contracts.
+ Experienced in all global SAP aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Sales Order processing and purchasing functions.
