**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Technology Portfolio Liaison supports the intake of initiatives from technology and the business unit to help determine capacity and sequencing. This role executes intake, prioritization, and impact assessment activities in accordance with policies and standards. The ideal candidate possesses experience working within the business and technology with a keen awareness of the industry at large and competitor portfolios, priorities, strategic investments, etc.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Facilitates intake, prioritization, and readiness of requests/initiatives
+ Conducts impact assessments to understand capacity
+ Evaluates work requests to determine the preliminary scope, objectives, and alignment with strategic priorities
+ Analyzes capacity allocation and ensures teams have appropriate capacity and skills
+ Conducts departmental trade-off analysis as needed
+ Develops and/or maintains roadmaps reflecting annual forecasts and quarterly commitments
+ Acts as a resource for technology roadmaps, monitoring for end of life
+ Collaborates across multiple departments, engaging with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and seamless communication between teams
+ Serves as a key interface between teams, leadership, and stakeholders
+ Consults with the business on how best to leverage technology to meet strategic needs
+ Standardizes the model for workstream intake, charters, and roadmap documentation
+ Works with the business and technology to stay abreast of the industry at large and competitor portfolios, priorities, strategic investments, etc
+ May mentor junior team members and other technology staff

**The opportunity**
+ Accountable and responsible for application management and support for all global IT applications
+ Responsible for end-to-end support of business continuity for Teva global systems world-wide
+ Ensures solid customer focus and service to all business units
+ The primary scope will be to manage the operations and changes to all global and regional applications at Teva for approximately 36,000 users
+ To ensure all production systems and services are available to the global user base and operate within agreed and formalized service levels

**How you'll spend your day**
+ The Head of Application Management and Support is a member of the IT Operations and Architecture leadership team
+ The role will have under 10 direct reports and around 70 Teva employees reporting indirectly to this position. There will be about 350 external employees as part of this organization through outsourced contracts
+ Budget accountability shall be in the region of 20 Mio USD
+ Establish and govern an enterprise technology vision consistent with integration, synergy and business strategic objectives
+ Accountable for managing, planning and executing the application management strategy
+ Accountable for the lifecycle management of all global applications (about 250 in number)
+ Accountable for IT applications and the underlying platforms including databases and SAP Basis services. GRC services is also part of the role.
+ Responsible for development and implementation of small and large enhancements for applications
+ Partnership with IT Security, to assess infrastructure threats and vulnerabilities implementing safeguard recommendations to harden and mitigate risks
+ Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing computer systems and applications
+ Ensure adherence and compliance to standardized methods, tools, procedures and policies established by the global and corporate teams.

**Your experience and qualifications**

**Compensation Data**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $232,000 - 303,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
