Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
You will work alongside leadership from a client perspective, from an account team perspective, and from a practice perspective. You'll be responsible for getting to know our Application Support team as well as our packaged apps and app dev teams and understanding their strengths and capabilities. Then working with account teams to identify opportunities where our strengths can help clients succeed.

-Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities

Client Engagement:
-Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
-Leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $86,560 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: 175,080 to 343,920
Colorado: 159,240 to 286,560
New York City: 191,040 to 343,920
Washington: 175,080 to 315,240
Washington DC: 175,080 to 315,240
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. **The opportunity**
+ Accountable and responsible for application management and support for all global IT applications
+ Responsible for end-to-end support of business continuity for Teva global systems world-wide
+ Ensures solid customer focus and service to all business units
+ The primary scope will be to manage the operations and changes to all global and regional applications at Teva for approximately 36,000 users
+ To ensure all production systems and services are available to the global user base and operate within agreed and formalized service levels

+ The Head of Application Management and Support is a member of the IT Operations and Architecture leadership team
+ The role will have under 10 direct reports and around 70 Teva employees reporting indirectly to this position. There will be about 350 external employees as part of this organization through outsourced contracts
+ Budget accountability shall be in the region of 20 Mio USD
+ Establish and govern an enterprise technology vision consistent with integration, synergy and business strategic objectives
+ Accountable for managing, planning and executing the application management strategy
+ Accountable for the lifecycle management of all global applications (about 250 in number)
+ Accountable for IT applications and the underlying platforms including databases and SAP Basis services. GRC services is also part of the role.
+ Responsible for development and implementation of small and large enhancements for applications
+ Partnership with IT Security, to assess infrastructure threats and vulnerabilities implementing safeguard recommendations to harden and mitigate risks

**Compensation Data**

Advanced proficiency in AS400 COBOL 400 is required.
