The RoleAspenTech's Digital Grid Management's Advanced Distribution Management System ADMS is a high growth area of Emerson Electric that unlocks an electric distribution utility's ability to monitor, manage, control, and optimize the grid. You will use your experience with distribution and transmission operations, ADMS systems, and business processes to lead and advise utility clients through all aspects of the successful implementation of our ADMS solutions. You will be a trusted advisor who is able to engage with all levels of the utility from field crews to executive management. You will have the opportunity to work with other AspenTech functional teams including ADMS Application Engineers, the Architecture and Product Solution teams, and our Software Development organization. You will influence and provide guidance on the future direction of ADMS products and be a "voice for the utility" within AspenTech. This exciting role will report to the Manager, ADMS Project Consulting Your Impact- Lead ADMS business process reviews for electric distribution utility clients to understand "As-Is" and document "To-Be" process mappings.
- Perform contractual requirements analysis on ADMS projects identifying areas of potential concern for project teams.
- Leverage knowledge of distribution or transmission system operations to provide insight, guidance, and recommendations to ADMS clients, project teams and product development.
- Advocate the importance of project change management to help build knowledge and support within ADMS projects.
- Assist ADMS project implementation teams, as needed, performing analysis, design, and test authoring.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of operational experience or project implementation, preferably in the utility industry.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
- Experience working in utility operations or engineering support or experience with electrical utility control systems (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS).

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Mobile App Engineer to lead development of our React Native application that delivers near real-time, voice-to-voice translation. You'll own core client features-from FaceTime-like calling and live captioning to buttery-smooth UI animations-and collaborate closely with our speech/ML, product, and backend teams to ship a high-quality, low-latency experience. What You'll Do:
