**On-call / substitute, working on an as needed basis**
Looking to make some extra money? HealthFitness is looking for a Swim Instructor to join the Aquatics Team at our client site in Racine, WI. In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must be at least 17 years old.
+ Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
+ American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification.
+ Must have a strong swim background.
+ Proficiency in all swim strokes.
+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $16 - $20/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.

As an Ecotoxicologist - Aquatics, you will be a member of the Global Ecotoxicology Department and provide Ecotoxicology support for the development, maintenance, and stewardship of BASF's crop protection products on a global basis, with special emphasis on supporting the North American Region. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and providing inputs into crop protection active ingredients as well as providing guidance and ecotoxicology leadership for the development of new active ingredients in North American and other regions, including Europe.
**As a Ecotoxicologist - Aquatics, you create chemistry by.**
+ Managing global ecotoxicology oversight and maintenance of crop protection active ingredients
+ Participating as the ecotoxicology representative on global active ingredient teams, providing the team with guidance on data needs, safe uses and stewardship recommendations, especially in aquatic organism ecotoxicology.
+ Monitoring of ecotoxicology studies with aquatic organisms conducted in North America and Europe.
+ Presenting on the ecological safety of products to BASF regulatory and commercial colleagues, and North American and international regulatory authorities
+ Participating in industry association committees, work groups and task forces on topics relevant to ecotoxicology.
+ Attending seminars, training courses and professional association meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of international regulatory ecotoxicology requirements and risk assessment paradigms, especially related to aquatic organism ecotoxicology
**If you.**
+ Have a Ph.D. in Toxicology, Environmental Toxicology, Environmental Sciences or other relevant field of study
+ Have at least 5 years of experience in aquatic ecotoxicology
+ Experience in designing, monitoring, and interpreting ecotoxicology studies with aquatic organisms, preferably including higher-tier, non-guideline studies and/or innovative new designs
+ Knowledge of ecological risk assessment paradigms for aquatic species, with a strong focus on regulatory frameworks in North America and Europe, is preferred
+ Experience with regulatory ecotoxicology testing and processes including global environmental risk assessments of crop protection active ingredients (e.g. North America and/or Europe) is desirable
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, experience working in cross-functional and cross-regional teams
+ Ability to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally

**Weekdays Lead Aquatic Instructor**

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma.
+ Minimum 3 years of swim lesson experience.
+ Strong ability and knowledge of swim strokes, techniques, and progression.
+ Current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
