Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning from an accredited institution; Ph.D. is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in architectural practice with a significant focus on urban planning and design.
- Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Planner (PP) license is required.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing successful large-scale urban development and master planning projects.
- Expertise in urban design theory, sustainable development practices, and placemaking principles.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and GIS software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of urban policy, zoning regulations, and development processes.
- A visionary approach to design and a passion for creating impactful urban environments.
