This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge network solutions that leverage the latest advancements in 5G technology. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, resilient, and secure network infrastructures that meet the evolving demands of our clients and partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of telecommunications principles, advanced network protocols, and a proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into tangible network designs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and document comprehensive network architectures for 5G networks, including RAN, Core, and Transport layers.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and system requirements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate network hardware and software components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including implementation timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the design and deployment phases.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecommunications network design and architecture.
  • Expert knowledge of 5G technologies (NSA, SA, core network functions, radio access network).
  • Proficiency in IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and switching technologies.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and NFV/SDN is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you'll support project teams with design calculations, modeling, and plan production under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. You'll apply fundamental engineering principles, learn our standards and workflows, and help produce high-quality deliverables for clients. **Primary Responsibilities**
+ Support design and analysis for structural systems on a wide range of facility projects-healthcare, education, data centers, and more.
