**What You'll Do:**
+ Develops and presents lead technical viewpoint on assigned projects. Ensures that a technical solution, consistent with the program and design is properly developed and produced.
+ Works closely with the project designer and manager in planning and implementing all work processes. Develops and implements internal controls for all team members assigned to a project. Monitors and supervises development of contract documents.
+ Promotes the implementation and enforcement of BIM and design technology standards, best practices, and project team workflows.
+ Has overall responsibility for coordination with sub-consultants in implementation of quality assurance and quality control checks. Reviews and supervises work of less experienced architects. Responsible for all project work planning and scheduling. May act in a team lead capacity in the absence of the manager.
+ Serves as subject matter expert on architectural projects of medium to large size.
+ Provides input on recruitment, hiring, development, and retention of staff, including performance and compensation reviews, and succession planning. Coordinates schedules and approves timecards. Aids in establishing employees' objectives and provides feedback while coaching and mentoring their team.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.

The Architecture Analyst performs systems engineering to support Army Futures Command (AFC) All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) system architecture requirements analysis and development, interoperability analysis, architecture definition, mission equipment package definition, and platform integration requirements analysis.
Responsibilities- · Implement a model-based systems engineering (MBSE) approach, when applicable, that utilizes standard technologies such as Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) to represent fundamental architecture aspects such as key interfaces, relationships between external systems and subsystems, and design constraints using appropriate system views.
- · Assist the development of an integrated sensing architecture that facilitates transport and access at optimal pace and scale to enable Army force projection, fires and maneuver; and supporting Joint and Allied fires and maneuver.
- · Identify, shape and exploit advanced technologies for data processing and dissemination at the pace and scale required to execute Army Large-Scale Combat Operations and Multi-Domain Operations and enable Joint and Allied operations.
- · Conduct analyses, market research, trade studies, and investigations to analyze technical problems/issues. These studies will include the analysis and development of initial capabilities, system dependencies, technical trades, cost estimates, and compliance with architecture standards, threat countermeasures, etc.

Required:
- · BS in software engineering, computer science or information systems
- · Experience in development, integration and configuration management of all architecture products across the span of Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) to include Project Views, Capability Views, Operational Views, System/Service Views, Standard Views and Data and Information Views .
- · Experience in Unified Profile for UK Ministry of Defence Architecture Framework (MODAF) and DoDAF, (UPDM); Unified Modeling Language (UML), Systems Modelling Language (SysML), and Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN).
- · Experience of 12 or more years in the field supporting integration and experimentation exercise/evaluations.
- · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead customer interactions, and prepare executive-level briefings

Compensation Overview
